Hotel is filthy and in a bad area near the freeway. Reserved a nonsmoking room which had been heavily smoked in. I spent a total of 30 minutes in the room before returning to the front desk and checking out.
Table in “nonsmoking” room. Cigarette burns. Room smelt like an ash tray.

The room was very poorly maintained. We paid almost $300 for a hotel that should have a 1 star rating. The lobby furniture is stained and shabby. But we were tired and had prepaid so we stayed. The room was clean but in terrible shape. Not what I expected from a Comfort Inn.

I was not contacted, upon checking in we were notified that the room we reserved which was 2 queen beds were sold out and only had rooms with 1 king bed for my family. The bath tube was cracked and nasty. Under the sink the wall had a leak and you could see all the water damage. The molding wasn’t even attached to the wall anymore
