I did not check in because I had to have emergency surgery and called 2 days ahead to cancel. They would not refund me. Even the airline did and I had a no refundable ticket. I don’t know this brand but won’t give it another chance after this. I’ll stick with Hilton.

Good stay...would go back

Streets in Phoenix are difficult follow, so the hotel was not easily found, but the room was good and the buffet breakfast was better than average. Room came with a fridge, microwave and coffee station. Only small complaint was the bathtub had rust around the drain and the shower curtain was flimsy. All in all a good stay . It's stay there again.

The staff was great and very helpful! However. there were no towels at the pool, the bed was hard and lumpy, and several times when I needed help there was no one at the front desk. The price was good but I’ll look for another place to stay next time.

No real shuttle service

I searched for shuttle service. And when I got there. It didn't start till 5 am. My flight was sooner than that. Then the person at the counter said she'd take it out of my room deposit. When the website clearly said there was free shuttle service. Add to people yelling all night in the hall. I would not stay here again.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it advertised a free shuttle service from the airport. When I called upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel would arrange a Lyft ride, which would be covered by the hotel. The ride did appear through my Lyft account as expected, but two days later I was charged $15 by Lyft. Interestingly, when I checked Lyft on my own at the time, the fare estimate was only $8–$10 which means I could have gotten a cheaper ride without involving the hotel.

We checked in and went to our room, only to find that the TV had no service. We called the front desk and were asked to come down in person. When we got there, we were told there were Cox service issues affecting the entire property. However, later on when we were at the pool, we noticed that other guests had their TVs working in their rooms, which was confusing and frustrating.

Great stay helpful staff decent breakfast only problem was no tv service. Was a wifi issue from the cable provider so not really their fault but if the system wasnt wifi based it might have made a difference.
