First room had to be changed out because of cleanliness and damage everywhere in the room Next day they were suppose to have a new room ready we get the keys at 5pm to go to our room to find service techs working in there And told to wait in the lobby 30 minutes later we are able to go to our room over all a horrible experience

Safe, close to stores, clean, and quiet. Front desk could have been a little nicer. We had just drove for 12 hours and looked a little rough. The lady at the front desk was a little rude and not as welcoming. But she did give us cold water.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast from the Bistro was very good. The Pool and hot tub were fun. Pool was cool and hot tub hot. The pool was large enough to accommodate several people. The little store at hotel was very convenient. The elevator was slow. The curtains in room were worn. It would have been nice to have Coca cola available at the little store in hotel
