A sizable kitchen with many utensils, dishes, and appliances at your disposal (blenders, juicers, waffle makers, toaster oven, crock pots, etc.), kitchen counter stool seating for 4 as well as formal dining room seating for 8. One bedroom with queen bed and L shaped desk space for the remote worker. There is also a half-bath on the bottom floor as well as a laundry room.

Upstairs you will find an open loft space game room with pool table, three queen bedrooms (two are pool view), one full bath with large vanity and bath/shower combo, one large master bedroom with reading nook, L-shaped desk for remote worker, and en suite bathtub and shower.

The backyard has a large heated pool with a baja shelf, relaxing waterfall, and diving board. There is a covered patio space with a sofa sectional and patio chairs, in addition to relaxing sun-loungers.

The space
Top Floor:
Consists of three bedrooms, all with queen beds (two rooms with a view that overlook the pool - (one room has a large tv, one room has a small gym with elliptical/exercise ball), and one master with en suite soaking tub, shower, and double vanity. The master has a dresser with a large tv and an L shape desk with office chair for any travelling professionals (note the master closet is not available for use). The loft game room with pool table is also located on the top floor.

Bottom Floor:
One pool view bedroom (no closet) with a office space L shaped desk and chair. One sitting room with L shaped sectional and two chairs, cofee table and end tables. One living room with L shaped sectional, sofa, and coffee table/end tables and provided board games and wii / xbox games and dvds, 1/2 bath, kitchen with 4 stools at the island, formal dining room that seats 8, and laundry room also located on the bottom floor.

Guest access
All spaces are open to guests, except for the garage, master closet, a closet under the stairs for storage purposes.
