The staff was excellent very welcoming. The rooms were super clean and quiet for a great night of sleep. What really was amazing was the hot tub.In fact, we moved from another hotel to the drury inn.Because I was misinformed. I specifically asked if the heated pool is working as well as the Jacuzzi tub, and I was told. Yes, this turned out to be false. But everything was nothing but a top-notch experience when dealing with the jewelry Phoenix. Thank you for 5 star service.
