This is a new condo with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with a two car garage. Master bedroom has a king bed with a master full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and full bed with a shared full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs in the laundry room. Downstairs features a living room area with a kitchen table as well as bar seating for 3. Outside is another great eating space with a BBQ.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be close to Granite Reef Park. An outdoor pool and laundry facilities are available. The condo offers a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms.
