Nice backyard

This was a great place for a larger group. We came and stayed 6 nights for a family wedding. It was in a good location in a nice /safe neighborhood close to grocery stores, etc. The outside pool and patio area was great as we spent most of our time out there.We enjoyed meals under the covered patio and played games on the putting green. The foosball table was sub optimal and the ping pong table/paddles need upgrading. The large sectional was great for watching tv and the upstair master bedroom mattress was comfortable. The lighting is not the best There

Family Celebration

Excellent venue, lots of space, rooms, comfortable beds, pool, hot tub (plenty of pool and bathing towels), outdoor and indoor games for kids and adults (putting green, ping pong, arcade games. etc). Well furnished kitchen and outdoor(kitchen) cooking facilities.Overall a great experience.

Spacious

Beautiful home with plenty of games and activities for the big kids and adults. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Only regret was not requesting the pool to be heated, which unknowingly included the hot tub. Plenty of towels though if you are able to enjoy the pool and spa.

The Oasis at Terramar

Absolutely spectacular home fit our large family very comfortably. The house was thoroughly stocked with every detail of your stay addressed and the backyard had everything you needed for family fun. Conveniently located with many activities and restaurants nearby. This house is truly a gem for large families. We couldn’t have been happier.

Great house with great amenities in a nice neighborhood

We really enjoyed the house and the area it was in. It is about 40 minutes from the airport, which we weren’t expecting, but it was worth the drive since we were able to just stay at the house the whole time and enjoy the amenities. The house was well kept and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend with friends and family. A couple of things to be aware of: 1) The upstairs bathroom was not advertised in the photos and it is pretty outdated, especially to be shared by the 4 upstairs bedrooms (not including the primary suite). 2) The pool heating was not consistent during our stay. Even though we paid extra to have the pool heated, it wasn’t warm when we arrived. We contacted the host company throughout our stay but still only ended up with about four hours of warm water to swim in, which was disappointing. There is supposed to be an app to control the pool but the hosts never provided us with a working login. I would definitely recommend this house, but would’ve wished for a heated pool throughout our stay.

Wonderful trip

The house was perfect for our family of 12 with 7 adults & 5 kids (5 yo to infant). The yard/pool area was amazing with so may things to do, multiple seating areas & tables. We all enjoyed the pool/spa, putting green, ping pong & bags games. The 6 bedrooms were very comfortable, plenty of towels provided, & pool toys. We would definitely like to book again!

Dads Celebration of Life

Property was exactly as shown and described. Plenty of space for all. We needed fans for the room with all the beds and they brought them in a timely fashion.. The process was seamless. Great place for our family to come together to celebrate my dads life and be together as we laid him to rest at the military cemetery.. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful large home in a great area.

Amazing House for Families

A part of my family stayed in this house to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday and to see some Spring Training Baseball games. The home and amenities were as advertised. We did have to sweep the majority of the house as it had dirt/sand all over. There was also hair on the shower walls and drains that we cleaned out. This reflects more on the housekeeping staff versus the house itself. We would recommend the house. Vacasa is the property management company and they are super slow to respond. We had one issue that took over two hours to resolve over the phone. Not a great experience.

Great house.

Nice house. Very accommodating for our group of 9. Lots of things to do. Kitchen sink water does NOT get hot. Until we discovered to use the soap bottle to hold the faucet in position were we able to get mediocre warm water to wash dishes. Location was perfect.

Delightful family reunion

My brother’s family and ours (two couples with four adult children) stayed at this wonderful home, conveniently located near family in Sun City West, Surprise, Scottsdale and Tucson. Though this immaculate house can accommodate 16, the 8 of us had our own rooms for privacy while enjoying the many gathering places for meals and activities. We appreciated the spacious kitchen and pantry space, as well as the personal touches throughout. Vacasa was helpful and prompt answering the few questions we had. Delightful!

Great house, amazing back yard, cold spa/pool

Everything in the house and backyard was exactly as pictured. Lots of room, many games and activities for all ages. We chose not to pay for pool heat as many reviews of the area said temps were high day and night, and overlooked that you have to pay for the spa to be hot (!?!?!) with nights getting in the 40s we regretted that instantly- called the management company less than 24 hours after check in to see if we could still add that and willingly would pay the full $85/day. Gentlemen we spoke with said it takes 72 hours to get up to temp, and that we would start paying after that point. Even more enticing we tried to move forward
 but we’re given a random, very high price and when asked for that price to be broken down he couldn’t. We asked to speak to a manager and when she called us back, she too said a minimum of 72 hours to get up to temp, but that we would be disappointed as it may not get warm before we leave (called on day 2 of 8) and that the pool manager wasn’t even willing to come turn it on. Again, we offered to pay the full price, and would be less disappointed with the heat on even if it took towards the tail end of our trip versus no heat at all. Now fast forward to day 6 of 8, owner found out we would probably be leaving a bad review so he/she did try to make it right by turning the heat on for us. Within 1.5 hours of it being on, we turned the heat off in the spa because it was almost 90°, and within 3.5 hours the pool rose 10+°. Very happy he gave the okay to turn it on but all would have been avoided and would have had MUCH happier kids if communication was better when we called on day 2.

Great house. We had 8 people, so we booked a house with 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom shower was not working and could not be fixed during our stay. This was greatly disappointing. Everything else about the house was great.
