Booked this hotel for a 2 night stay through Expedia. Upon arrival, the office was locked. Had to go to the side window. Was there for about 10 mins because the office lady was on the personal phone call (heard every as the window mic was on). She finally hung up and said âwhat do u need, weâre fully booked.â I said I was checking in⊠she asked my name and said rudely, âI donât have that name!â I showed her the confirmation and receipt. She said sorry canât help u. So I asked what do I do for my refund. I was 5 hrs from home. She said, ânot my problem.âI said wow, u have horrible customer service. She smiled and when I walked away she said, âf*ck!ng idiot.â The place had a bunch of people in the parking lot and the place smelled of marijuana and cigarettes.
