We received a call prior to checking in and were told that the room they were originally going to put is in had maintenance issues so they were moving us and would comp the whole weekend . I attempted to get a refund because my husband ended up in the hospital and was admitted I was told I needed to go to the front desk when I came back to get our stuff and the manager would make a decision . I did not have time for that because my husband was in critical condition . If I tell you the situation why do I have to come back and let the manager decide . It should just get taken care of .

We ended up leaving a day early. This is a good area to stay, however, the hotel needs some tlc inside. Was not a fan of people smoking right outside all the entrances. There was hair in our bed, bathroom, and shower. There was a water leak from the above room. The hotel did end up giving us a refund on the second night and that was appreciated.
