We had added a second night prior to arrival, and the front desk expected us to check out and check back in, which was a major inconvenience, and they finally agreed to take care of it over the phone once I re-checked in on the app. The parking around the corner and across the street was inconvenient. The safe in the room would not lock. The restaurant's breakfast service was terrible. We needed to get to an event, and it took forever to get our food, which was mediocre. Not our best stay at a Hilton.
