Hotel is great! Staff were amazing and breakfast had a lot of options. The only concern was parking…gym members were using hotel parking spots forcing us to park on the top level of the garage. Overall good hotel.

My friends and I recently stayed at this location, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we first arrived, the hotel lobby was clean and welcoming, which gave a good first impression. However, that changed once we entered our room — the smell was awful, like wet dogs had been living in it. I called the front desk several times from both the room phone and my cell phone, but no one ever answered, even though there were multiple staff members present when we checked in. I eventually had to walk down to the front desk to address the issue in person. The staff member offered to spray the room, which temporarily masked the odor, but the smell never went away completely. To make matters worse, we saw a roach in the room on the day we checked out. The blankets were rough and uncomfortable, and I barely slept during our stay. This was frustrating because Home2 Suites used to be one of my go-to hotel brands, but this experience has definitely changed my opinion. Given the poor room conditions and lack of responsiveness, I truly believe a discount or some form of compensation is warranted. And I expect the $100 incidental hold to be returned promptly. Home2 Suites can and should do better — especially for loyal guests. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying at this location again anytime soon.

Poor room cleaning

We tipped the housekeeper before she cleaned our room and the cleaning was terrible. A rag was left in the trim, beds were not made, garbage fell into the bathroom floor when the garbage bin was emptied, Dirty towels left on the floor, etc.

Room was very spacious. Beds super comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Free breakfast was also very good. Only thing I don’t like is charging for parking. Parking should be free when already paying for the stay.

I believe she was the desk manager the day I checked in, she came out in the rain at what seemed like a time where she was off to assist me with unloading my car. This was extremely helpful and I greatly appreciated it as I was traveling with my special needs son. Amenities were amazing. I will definitely be staying here when ever I’m in town

Stayed here 1 night before catching a flight out. Nice property. The room and lobby were new and very clean. I did have a room on the 1st floor that faced the road. There is a public transportation train that runs on that road every so often so if you are not a sound sleeper, you may prefer a floor facing opposite the road (assuming it's quieter on that side).

SO LOUD WITH TRAIN RIGHT OUTSIDE! Thank God I had my sound machine or would I have not been able to sleep. My friend who had a room across the hall did not hear a thing so definitely ask for a room on the opposite side as the train.
