There were a couple of concerns during my stay. 1. The TV never worked was advised to reset it we did that over 10 times it still never worked. 2. Seen a roach in our room. 3. Tissue and the people unable to look through the people. 4. Kids running up and down the hall for more than 20 minutes. 5. Fire alarm sounded I guess they were working on. It scared the mess out of us no message to the customers letting them know what was going on or if it was a real fire 6. Parking I think I would wanna know if I had to pay $15 a day for parking after the room is over $100 a day that is a little concerning and a shocker to most of the customers that I spoke with that were in that hotel. 7. they take way too long to refund you your deposit. 8. Garbage is always sitting in the hallway.

All was great, there was a spot at kitchen in the Room that shown it was not properly cleaned, which raised concern of other cleanliness in the room. Although, I so nothing visible of other concerns in the room for cleanliness.

Paying a daily parking fee for a hotel in the suburbs is terrible, initial room had dirty kitchen appliances and utensils. Bathroom had bugs. Staff argued with me about compensation and lied to me as to their ability to provide a refund blaming the third party I booked with. Breakfast had limited variety and the eggs were always a fake looking circular patty.

The staff was amazing! Great customer service from every end of the hotel. Remember to tip the housekeepers- they are the backbone of the hotel. I stayed at this property for 4 days & requested for our room to be cleaned when we left in the morning. By the time we came back early afternoon, everything was taken care of where I was able to have a clean room to put my babies down for a nap. Truly grateful for the staff to get everything done in a timely manner!
