This is a comfortable, stylish hotel with well thought out rooms and friendly, professional staff. It is also easily walkable to old town Scottsdale's restaurants. We grabbed a very good snack at Zuzu when we arrived--much better than it had to be. My only complaint was the in-room coffee option. For some reason the hotel furnishes sort of cheapo pods and a quite clunky Keurig (Nespresso seems to be higher quality in my experience). Weird to go cheap in an otherwise higher end place.

Loved the MCM vibe, the location of room, the convenience of the restaurant. Also enjoyed that there were two pools. Above all, cleanliness is biggest rating for us and room was very clean. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Book it!!

Overall a fantastic stay. Front desk staff (especially Kyle) was so impressive. A wonderful first impression with fun and enthusiasm. ZuZu bar and restaurant was win! Staff was terrific and the food was excellent at breakfast lunch and dinner!! Spa treatment was really great. Spa deck and facilities could be improved to flow better with the rest of the resort experience.

We loved every minute of our stay at Hotel Valley Ho and hope to return soon. Every single person we interacted with from check-in to the bar to the pool to the valet was phenomenal. So friendly and helpful. The room was huge and super comfortable. Loved the central location too! We will be back.

Superior Experience

From arrival to departure, from housekeeping to wait staff, to bellmen & front desk, every person who worked here offered smiles and outstanding service. The property was immaculate. With a Dean Martin/Palm Springs vibe, it was like going into the past but with every modern amenity. Location was just blocks from everything in Old Town. Dozens of great restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely return!
