I never received the check-in process to get access to our rental unit, so I called customer support to get access information. They were less than nice during the call, and insisted that I download their app. What a joke, the last thing I need is another app on my phone. I don't understand why they don't just send the check-in instructions via email or text like everyone else. Instead they send information via the VRBO chat, via text, via email and they also want to utilize their app for communication as well. So with them using 4 methods of communication, it's nearly impossible to figure out where to look for the information. The only other issue is that the place reeked of marijuana when we got there, which we reported, but nothing was ever done to remedy the situation. Last time I'll use Landing for VRBO.
