Willkommen in Ihrer privaten Oase! Ein sauberes, helles und modernes Haus, das jedem Gast gefallen wird. Der wunderschöne Garten verfügt über eine Feuerstelle, eine Terrasse mit Außenküche und Essbereich, einen beheizten / gekühlten Pool (je nach Jahreszeit) und eine Wasserrutsche. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein 5-Loch-Putting-Green, einen Basketballplatz, große Rasenflächen und Spielbereiche - ideal für Freizeit mit Familie und Freunden.

Innen verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 1/2 Bäder, wobei jedes Schlafzimmer direkten Zugang zu einem Badezimmer hat. Geräumiges Haus mit komfortablen Qualitäts-Queensize-Betten, Bettlaken und Bettwäsche in jedem Zimmer sowie einem optionalen Zusatzbett in jedem Kleiderschrank. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Queen-Sofa-Auszug sowie auf Wunsch zwei zusätzliche Rollbetten im Schrank. Allein das Badezimmer ist ein privater Kurzurlaub mit einer großen Badewanne und zwei Duschköpfen in der großen begehbaren Dusche.

Bequeme Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Waschküche mit gefüllten Wäschereiprodukten. Billardtisch, Pokertisch mit Spielfiguren und viele Spiele zur Verfügung. Die Küche bietet Backutensilien und Gewürze, eine übergroße Insel mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, einen Gasherd und ein Trinkwassersystem mit Umkehrosmose. Das Ansehen von Filmen von unserer maßgefertigten Couch (10 Sitzplätze) wird nur durch das Heimkino-Soundsystem und den 4K-Großbildschirm verbessert.

Zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten umfassen ein Queen-Sofa, das im Wohnzimmer ausziehbar ist, sowie ein großes Schlafsofa im Hauptwohnbereich.

We overall thought the house, location, and yard was very well kept. We did go to the pecan lake entertainment with the kids, which they loved. We also loved that the house had a huge black board with places and things to do and grocery stores etc.

The house/property was beautiful and spacious with lots of amenities and stocked well for our stay. Location was a couple minutes to shopping and in a very nice and clean community. Plenty to do for all ages both at the house and locally.

Wonderful staycation!

This property had everything! Perfect spring break away from the Midwest. Pool was warm enough, even on the coooler days, and there were plenty of activities for kids of all ages (age 2-13)

Amazing Stay

Everything about this property fit our vacation perfectly.The backyard is amazing. Pool was heated so we could actually swim in it. The pool slide made the pool extra fun.plenty of other outdoor activity keep our grandchildren busy and having fun . Trampoline, basketball court, golf putt area, corn hole toss. The hot tub was perfect for evening or early morning . The fire pit finished out our day allowing us to stay outside during the cool evening hours. The inside of the house was also perfect for our stay. all of us were able to have our own bedroom. All rooms on one level and the pool table inside was an extra bonus. The home was furnished with everything one would need. Location was exactly where we wanted to be. Neighborhood was quiet. Thank you !

FANTASTIC HOUSE

We rented this house for the Thanksgiving holiday to be near our daughter in Gilbert. We have rented several properties around the surrounding areas over the years, and this is by far the best house. We WILL be re-renting this in the future. The house had everything (and more) that our family needed. All the amenities! Our teenage son loved the basketball court, the putting green and of course, the heated pool! Thank you for having us. It made our trip that much more enjoyable!

Outstanding property. Highly recommended.

The house was very spacious, perfect for families or friends looking to relax together. It was fully stocked with all amenities. The highlight for us was the amazing pool and yard. The pool had a waterfall and slide, and we ended up spending hours lounging around and enjoying the weather. The yard was large with things to do for all. It was the perfect spot to unwind. This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and well-maintained, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect size and amenities

We booked this property for my wife and I, but knowing that our children and grandchildren would join us for part of the visit. The home was simply perfect, and the outdoor area is to be seen to be believed.Very large, very green, with the pool, putting green, trampoline, basketball area, fire pit. It’ simply exceeded all of our expectations. Very clean and well supplied. The host checked in regularly, and immediately responded to everyone of our inquiries throughout the booking and stay. Amazing property!

The property is amazing! We brought our kids and grandkids for a family vacation. There were 14 of us. The house is huge and accommodated our group very well with lots of sleeping options. The yard is massive with many fun activities. The kids didn't want to leave the property! The pool and waterslide were a hit with everyone and the water was super warm! When the kids weren't swimming they were jumping on the trampoline or running around in the spacious yard. The location is also great! Queen Creek is a very nice area. Jeralyn was quick to reply to questions and great to work with. Overall a great place to stay!

Awesome house! Such a fun yard and pool for our family.

The house was amazing, had all the furnishings needed, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. The kids LOVED the yard and spent three straight days in the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Great Property

The house was in a great location with lots of amenities nearby. As with many rentals, the carpet, furniture, and paint was worn but not terrible. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, which was nice due to cooler temps. The bedrooms shared Jack and Jill baths, minus the master. All in all a good property and would rent again.

Awesome stay

The house was perfect for a few days of family gathering in town for the weekend. We enjoyed having large spaces inside and outside to hang out at together rather than be separated in hotel rooms. We all enjoyed the backyard, the pool, and large couch inside to watch tv and hang out. We had an absolute great time. The host was great and easy to communicate with when we had questions. We will return.

Perfect Place for Our Visit

We were a little worried about visiting AZ in blazing hot June but this home was a perfect respite each evening during our busy week. The kids, meaning all of us of all ages played in the pool and had a blast. The rooms were spacious and the living areas and kitchen were great for a large family group like ours. This home is our first choice when we visit again. As noted in other reviews, Jeralyn was very responsive when we had questions and that made our stay worry free. My only regret is that we didn’t book our visit for just a little longer stay. We recommend this home without reservation. Enjoy.

Family Trip to AZ

We had a wonderful week in AZ in February. Six adults and one infant 12 months old. The Owner is so nice and easy to work with and is quick to respond when you have a question or problem. My only suggestion to renters is if you find something that does not work or that is broken, please let the owner know as there is no other way for them to find this out. The Keurig coffeemaker was inoperable, found in a cabinet underneath. We did not really need it as there was a regular coffeemaker on sight, but I thought I would just let the owner know for the Future. Immediately there was a Keurig delivered. The Hot Tub was not working correctly, informed owner and low and behold, pool guy showed up to fix (informing us first of course). Loved everything about this home, so much area to enjoy inside and outside. We enjoyed all the outdoor furniture especially the hammock chairs, very comfortable even our 82 year old father loved sitting in them when he came to visit. Looking for some of these exact chairs for here at our house if you could let me know where you got them from. Highly recommend renting this property.

Best place ever!!

We enjoyed our stay so much with family. The big back yard was a real hit with the kids. It was cool a few days and the kids could play in the yard with many activities. Trampoline was popular. The manager responded in a very timely manner with a couple very small issues. Pool was a great temperature even on the cool days. Kids loved the water slide as well as did the adults. The only negative I could find was the landscaping had lots of weeds that needed pulled which grandkids worked on and could have some attention. We ended up having to stay an extra 4 nights because of snowstorm back in Minnesota and owners let us stay as long as we needed. That was HUGE they let us do that!! Rollaways were nice that we could move them wherever wanted them. Definitely would stay here again.
