The home was decent, beds were pretty comfortable but there were a few things that could have been improved.Hot tub was stinky, like it hadn't been cleaned, pool appeared dirty, both outdoor and indoor overall cleanliness of home was lacking.A few tips for the host, add dressers to bedrooms, add additional pillows, add additional outside rugs to the bedroom entries, more coffee, bowls, etc, Tupperware would have been a nice plus.

The host was available. They were easy to communicate with, and their response was quick.We really liked the 3 master suites, and the house is very spacious with a good location. We really liked being able to stay with our extended family comfortably.Having a private backyard with a hot tub and a pool is very nice. The hot tub model was older but functional.There was some wear and tear that obviously needed to be fixed, like a broken recliner, a broken console cabinet door, and the bad locking mechanism on the patio door. The owner responded and said they would be fixing these things. We would have given this a perfect review if it hadn't been for the lack of cleanliness of the home. It was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, so that was very disappointing. We had to clean up lots of hair and dirt on the floors. There was a pair of used ladies' underwear visible under the bed. The counters had to be wiped off. There was a load of laundry in the washer from the previous guests. The fronts of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were grimy. For the fee they charge for cleaning, it was not acceptable.We let the owners know, and they responded that they would clean, but that was after we had already left. We are sorry that we cannot give a perfect 5-star review, but we have to be honest about our experience.

Upon entry we knew that we made the right decision. The house was large, smelled clean and indeed was. There was 7 of us. The house was clean, neat, organized and well stocked. The kitchen had everything. Most rentals provide leftover utensils and worn out junk. This is not the case here. All modern, clean equipment. The pool was spotless and had ample towels. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was clean too. The yard was very spacious, clean and had plenty of chairs, tables and loungers with sun umbrellas. Outside was well manicured and maintained. The host assured us that he was reachable and though we didn't need anything he a phone call away. Response was very quick. I cannot say enough about our experience. It's close to everything. We try to reunite yearly and if we do next year, this would be our choice, if available. Thanks Paul

Overall the house was great. The lay out was fantastic the 3 master bedrooms made it very convenient for everybody to be comfortable. If there was any knock it would be the hot tub not working was a bummer. We would say put a pool table air hockey or something for entertainment. We would stay there again for sure. In the middle of the town beautiful neighborhood and 2 minutes from walmart. The host answered questions within 10 mins its a great house i recommend anyone stay there

Soaked up the Scottsdale Sun!

We had a great time! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and had some fun in the backyard space too! The house was plenty big and cozy enough for us all to be together and spend time apart. The location is awesome and close to shopping and restaurants. My best advice: check into the house before you go shopping. Some things are provided and some things you will need.

As advertised!

This place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but centrally located. The kitchen is bigger than it looks; the peninsula must be 8ft long and plenty of space for a couple cooks in the kitchen area. I can’t say enough about how great the hosts are. Incredibly responsive and available. Overall, this was an awesome trip for my family and myself. We’re glad we found this place!

Fantastic set up and exactly what we were looking for. Myself and 3 other of my good friends rented this VRBO for a golf weekend with the fellas. The place is big, has lots of seating/couches and areas both in and outside to relax. I would definitely book this place again, golf trip or family get away - this VRBO has it all. Top Notch Scottsdale Vacation Home

This place was by far one of my favorite VRBO rentals I have ever stayed at. The accuracy of the property was spot on. Amenities were some of the best I have ever experienced. Owner has an excellent line of communication. I will be definitely referring this to all of my friends and family, and will be staying here upon my return to AZ. Thank you again!!

Three families stayed at the property when we were moving our kids into college dorms. The 3 master suites definitely came in handy. Great layout for gathering, and the hosts were extremely responsive.

Very nice retreat

Overall this was a very nice property. It had ample room where our party had their own space. The auto emails from the owner gave a lot of the information needed. The check in contract appeared strict but for obvious reasons. Initial questions were answered by the owner via text, but when attempting to add an additional night due to travel changes, there was no response at all from the owner. The yard maintenance personnel used a leaf blower at 0700 which was less than helpful, but it was only one morning. The property is close to all amenities that we needed (food, shopping, experiences). Overall, it was a nice place.
