Bring your own cleaning supplies. We entered our suite and it had the strangest smell and was not clean. We ended up buying our own pillows and some cleaning supplies to make it a bit more comfortable. Don't let the pictures of the pool fool you. Sadly you don't gain access to the pool. This is not for short term rentals. Communication and check in was simple. The Chandler area is beautiful and it felt safe. There were a few parks pretty close by which was nice to let the kids play. Dicks, Costco, Walmart, Ikea were all close by.

This place is the roach motel. Never ever book this place. I opened the door to my unit and literally turned around and left. And don’t let me tell you how hard it was to get a refund. I had to be transfered from one manager to the next for days. Finally I did get my money back but after about 6 hours invested in waiting on hold and being straight gaslight. I will never use Expedia or anything to do with Expedia ever again.

Don’t book this place!!!!

The rooms were dirty, smelled of pot, bleach, cigarettes and air freshener. The flooring was broken. The kitchen area was old and had broken cabinet doors. The couch sunk in in the middle. The tenants there were staring us down. This place appears to be government housing for the poor. The halls outside our rooms smelled worse than the room itself. We left immediately. The management team was not helpful. This is the worst place I have ever booked in all my years of traveling.

We thought it was clean, but maybe 10 minutes after checking in I saw a baby roach. At night it was more coming out on the wall on the curtains and they were all babies.

Do not recommend!!! I stayed at this place for 2 nights and both nights there was several fights/arguing between people. It was very disturbing. I also checked in at 4 pm and at 4:19 the door of my unit opens, I run to the door terrified and it was the manager who was in the room to make sure everything is okay. She did apologize although she should’ve at least knocked the door or advised that she was dropping in considering it was after check in time. Also, before checking in, you are sent a link to complete verification on a portal. However the catch is that you can’t proceed to verification without paying 35USD as a deposit for damages. Prior to paying, I messaged the property to ask them if the deposit is refundable and they said it is, as long as there’s no damages. 48 hours after checking out, I haven’t received the deposit back yet. I messaged the property and they said apparently I paid for a damage waiver and not the deposit - which is untrue because the portal wouldn’t let me continue without paying the 35USD, which means I didn’t have any options. They are not willing to refund that money and they haven’t responded to the issues I encountered while staying there. I would not recommend the place at all.
