Staff was very nice and welcoming. There’s lot of good food choices around but the room was very dirty and had not been cleaned. We switched to a new room and checked out within a few hours. There were stains on the couch, holes on the curtains. We were scared to sit or touch anything and there were roaches everywhere. Loud kids playing outside. It was not ideal at all

Complete nightmare. Once I arrived to find out it's an apartment complex and I had to fill out a lease agreement. I am extremely exhausted I want to do is get some sleep. Also I am supposed to pay a deposit for things broken or chipped however no one is doing a walk through with me so how can they prove that someone else didn't already break or trip things. Extremely concerned. Person who answered the phone said I can contact Expedia to get a refund

Very much older, grimy. Not all the lights works, counter was sticky. Bed was worn/formed on each side. Only one blanket. Folks shifting through the trash bins outside. The cockroachs where an added surprise. Cheap - get what you pay for.

Didnt end up staying and awaiting management to refund us after we had to leave. It was over run by cockroaches, they know this is a problem and are treating but still allowing reservations without warning. Also it was very unclean, nothing like the photos. This is in a run down apartment complex that had barefoot kids outside at 9pm, a guy fixing his truck in the parking space, a man with a truck full of junk. Women arguing. It does not feel safe at all and does not match the photos. We also had someone ask us for 5$ in the parking lot. You must call multiple times for assistance.
We have videos. Roaches alive in sink and on counters.
Notice they are dealing with it but still clearly an issue.
Disgusting bath tub, stains all over carpet and awful smell.

If you have no other choice, this is the choice but if you don’t like to clean up your self buying roach spray, bleach, new sheets etc. there is not point.

I read the reviews after I booked the room I was nervous but I still gave them a chance there are a few things they need to work on the water leaks on there faucets and the and fixing the doors and screws but I seen no bugs when I was there And when you guys mop make sure the floors are dry it was a big wet puddle in the kitchen but I can see you guys are trying to make things better and talk to people living there with there kids they need a curfew shouldn’t be out late at night
