The room was extremely disappointing and not at all acceptable. It was dirty, smelled strongly of both marijuana and cigarette smoke, and the bed had several concerning stains. The floor was covered in hair, and the peephole appeared to be painted over, which made it impossible to see who was outside the door without looking through the window. Additionally, the air conditioner was blasting cold air and would not switch to heat. Even when I attempted to turn it off, it continued running. The front vent cover was missing entirely, causing the air to blow directly and forcefully into the room. The headboard was also covered in black lint and hair. On top of the room issues, there were individuals in the parking lot watching us, and it was unclear if they were guests or people loitering, which made us feel unsafe. Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Room was clean but super noisy with trains planes and all the police in the area. AC leaked all over the floor and so we turned it off and put up with it for one night. Not a nice neighborhood.

Staff was very nice. It is the room. Our room smelled musty, not too bad. However, some of the lights were our, heater did not work, and when I pulled down bed covers the sheets had lots of hair as if someone had combed their hair and left it in the bed. The bedspreads also was full of holes.

Loudest motel ever! Trains, planes, people above you, and cars/sirens will wake you up every hour. Not to mention the air conditioner that sounded like a diesel engine. Your money is absolutely better spent on an airbnb. This is the kind of place you go in an emergency situation only. Bare bones, depression, and nothing more. There is nothing luxurious about this place at all!

Room neglected. Vending machine and ice machine broken. Woke up to lots of mosquito bites from all the mosquitos we found around the room. When requesting an extra pillow (because I was only given one thin pillow), I was told they don’t have any. Floor was super dirty and dusty, enough so to make my white socks black underneath. Staff was not friendly. No shampoo or conditioner available and the vending machines with some personal hygiene items was broken.

Blankets and sheets had cigarettes burns in then, Tv screen was blue no control to ajust contrast or whatever the tv screen issue was, dead bug smurd on wall, ice machine broken, wifi did not work, homeless druggies roaming parking lot yelling, peeing etc. Bed was old and permanently already dipping, pillows stained, even the cups had bite marks in them.. i have pictures and took at least 20 minutes to get water luke warm.
