The Manager was rude. forced himself into our room to fix a light bulb after we had already told him we didnt need it. then proceeded to tell us we couldnt stay the following day due to the smell of cat that he smelled from the neighbor. the refund took 2 weeks to come in and we had to go across the street and sleep outside for 2 days until someone could come pick us up.
Communication with customer service was very confusing; I had to fill out forms on other websites to check in. Finding communication was complicated by this process. Requested late checkout and didn't get an answer without calling again, and then not until an hour before we had to leave, they said it was not possible. Checkout was at 10am â who checks out that early? That seems like a scam to upcharge you for the normal 11am checkout. They billed me $20 extra because it took us until 10:10 to get out of the unit!
