First there was a smell that concerned my wife. Then we found roaches. When brought to the attention of staff they ignore my request to come and see. Instead offering a standard statement that leaned on there weren't roaches. Then, Expedia is making me pay for the room even though I left the hotel within 30 minutes of arrival upon seeing the rottens.
Iâve stayed here before and itâs a great value for Motel 6 and in general the area is safe and quiet. Rooms are fairly standard and itâs a great place to stay when you have a flight the next day.
The person I interact with the most is Jerrica, and I have to say sheâs fantastic! Every time I come in to confirm my reservations, sheâs right on it. She knows exactly what sheâs doing and always manages to make me feel welcome. Jerrica is so polite and respectful, and she goes out of her way to help me with anything I need. I really appreciate her and just want to give a big shoutout for having her on the team! She truly makes my experience great. Everyone else is super nice too!
My sheet had either blood, poop or lipstick on it. The other bed cover was burned and had holes burned in it. The toilet seat and tub had cigarette burns. The bathroom facet shoots water out of the basin and on to you. The shower head just comes out of a hole in the drywall with big gaps around it. No shampoo. Clothes hanger rod completely rusted up. Towels had stains on both of them. I'm not sure if they save money by NOT using laundry soap to wash with. Tried to save a little money but will not be returning.
Jerrica always provides exceptional customer service. The woman that works 3rd shift also does a great job making sure the property is safe & quiet at night. She makes great coffee and ensures the guests have a good stay!
