Family Time

We had a great 10-day family gathering with 14 all adults spanning 3 generations. The communication, check-in process, and house details were fantastic. Pool and games were very enjoyable and love the location. We completely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. One suggestion for staying here is to bring a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy some music as there is no stereo to use, but lots of nice tv’s in the house.

Spring Baseball Trip

Absolutely perfect property for a group of traveling baseball families and players playing in a tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. We had zero issues from arrival to departure; just an awesome home! Highly recommend!

there was so much to do at the home and in the neighborhood. Megan was so prompt answering our questions and so helpful. We had a great time and would definitely rent there again and/or recommend to a friend.

Beautiful oasis

I stayed here with my 3 boys (14, 11 and 10) plus my friend and her son. We had plenty of room to relax. The house had tons of entertainment for the kids! But the pool area was amazing!! Five days of never getting bored or relying on electronics for entertainment. Definitely recommend and will be back next year for my sons football tournament!

Family Spring Break Getaway

This was perfect venue for us and our married kids and grandkids ranging in ages from 2 1/2 to 9. They loved the play area and pool and there was plenty of room to spread out. A lot of amazing memories created!

Wonderful

This very beautiful home was GREAT to stay at. There were 10 of us and we all had plenty of space to be together or to do our own thing. The kids and adults had an absolute blast in the pool and on the slide. I would recommend this home to anyone--especially with children. Our property manager Megan was great to work with and VERY easy to get ahold of and always kept me updated before the trip with anything I asked. Am sure this will be one of our favorite trips!!

Spacious house, could use some maintenance

First the positives: Interactions with the company managing the property were all excellent. Clear and timely communication throughout. An informative binder on how to operating things at the house was provided. Lots of helpful labels located throughout the property. The house has a large and well designed layout. Plenty of room to gather together and spread out and spend time alone as needed/wanted. Instant hot water at all taps was nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for the most part. The pool and spa were well maintained and operated as promised during our stay. Neighborhood was pleasant with a walking trail and playgrounds nearby, and surrounding areas were nice as well. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping available nearby. Opportunities for improvement: Quite a few small maintenance items needing attention (sliding doors difficult to open/close, blinds broken, carpets needing cleaned, drywall needing repaired on the ceiling over the outdoor dining area, dishwasher rack broken, pool table bumpers needing replaced, pool cues missing tips, etc.). None of these were deal breakers but it does detract from one's overall enjoyment of an otherwise nice property to be always seeing these worn out aspects. The tablet and app that operate the pool and spa did work, but had some "lag." For what it costs to stay at this property, I would expect a higher standard of cleanliness and repair, but perhaps my expectations are out of line.

Perfect gathering spot

We were in town for a funeral and this house was a perfect gathering spot. Loved the large home with its many bathrooms and all the bedrooms were great! The Power Ranch neighborhood was beautiful! Enjoyed a couple of long walks and visits to the community pool. The kitchen had everything we needed too! Would definitely recommend!

Roomy, inviting and loads of fun

With two private master suites and four bedrooms around a game room, both parents and kids had their own oasis! The pool, spa and fire pit were immediately the daily and nightly meeting places. Megan was always quick to answer any questions, making the stay stress free.

Super fun place

We had a great time playing in the pool...definetly pay to have it heated. I liked that you could control the pool/spa with an app. The grandkids really enjoyed the slide. There is a lot of room to spread out.The bed and pillows are both very firm..so if you like that ..you will be happy! Host was great to work with and quick to respond to us. We loved this location

Nice family oriented place....

Overall a great place, well furnished. Kitchen equipment was a bit of a hodge-podge, but we made it all work. Liked the dual coffer makers, one for regular and one for decaf. The pool, spa and outdoor play area for the kids was nice for the little ones in our group. One suggestion, a different ground cover in the play area rather than 2"- crushed stone.

Home was in great location for our needs and we felt safe. There were some minor and 1 major issue with cleaning. Property manager was available/responsive via text. Pool lounges were worn and tore when 150 pound person sat down on it, so we didn’t sit down on the other. We ended up using home more for sleeping since we spent days and evenings at local family home. Kitchen was well stocked and all rooms were well suited for us. Pool and hot tub were only used 1 time, but everyone enjoyed our time together. I would rent again.

Great Family vacation home

Our family included kids, teens, and adults. The home was large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The teens and adults really enjoyed the pool table and Wii. However, the pool may be the best feature. The slide, waterfall and hot tub were great. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
