The staff and customer service were five stars all the way, so helpful and accommodating. Response time is not like anything we have experienced before. The room was very comfortable, the view was lovely. The pools were so relaxing, again the service at the pool was phenomenal, great cocktails, and food.

Spotless resort with great architecture, great restaurants and pools, impeccable service (big thanks to Jonathan at Prado). Oh and the landscaping and view of Camelback mountain are stunning. We walked to trailhead but uber’ed to Old Town. They made my wife’s birthday celebration just so special. Thank you!

I have reservation obviously coming there and check in is at 4 i come at 12 and ask if they can do early checking so they give me room not worth 500 so i went and asked for another room that was at 12 30 and they say they can give me for 75 $ more better room i say ok and they will text me when i ready i went my way 4 and half hours in city and malls and nobody text me and i come on front desk and they say they dont have nothing for me or anyone say anything imagine of o show at 430 and nobody will text me still and they cant found me a room so i lost 6 hours around thinking someone will text me th3y finally give me room after half day of hustling and service desk u cant talk to them ower phone they misspelled any word u tell them

Eh, it could be better.

Not what we expected, the staff did great to try to make it right after a bad check-in (broken glass all over our floor, stains and dirty room) and they moved us to a much better room which was much nicer, but the overall property, food we experienced, drinks, etc. was not what we had hoped for and has much room for improvement. The property is nicely landscaped, the pool was lovely and the golf cart shuttles around were wonderful.

Very nice property with a family pool and an adult-only pool. The rooms are larger than average and clean. The staff is helpful, friendly, and courteous. I would skip the restaurants and opt for dining around the area as the restaurants on-site are average and overpriced.
