Disappointment!!

The front desk was friendly; however we were given a parking space to park in and someone was in it. They gave us a new spot and the next day we had the same problem. My husband and myself were staying here and each day we were here, we had to ask for an additional bath towel because the guest service would only leave us one. The bed was horrible and completely uncomfortable. We both felt like we were sinking in. The front desk tried their best, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Property was more like a boutique small hotel. Pleasant stay and felt good. It seems they are going through some changes so they did not have extra blankets that we would have liked. Otherwise, a great stay!

Clean room. Reasonable for Scottsdale. Keys/Entry were with code which has pros and cons. Low service hotel/motel. Parking is $10 for non-secured lot. I wasn't informed that rooms had assigned spaces at check-in. Instead got a note on windshield that I was involution. At one point hotel manager burst into my room without knock or warning. He said that he had misread the room number he was seeking, but completely unprofessional to burst in without even a knock. I thought that was Hotel Manager 101. No harm on this occasion, but it completely eliminated the rooms offer of privacy or security.

2-3 days before our stay they switched management. Even though we had a contract signed with previous management to allow a pet for free and parking for free --this was NOT honored and wasn't addressed in a considerate manner. Unorganized check in --just trying to set up computer systems for new management. Rooms seemed to be thrown together quickly to be used. Restaurant only provided one exotic type of food choices. Packaged breakfast bar and piece of fruit put out for breakfast - NOT before 8:30 am! Had to drive to restaurants. Television wasn't set up properly. Had to come back 3 times to fix. Also no television system unless you had your own streaming service.
