Worse place ever!!!

They gave me a 1987 box TV with the lines going through the picture. The floors were dirty. The walls were dirty. And if you look very very closely, you can see that big ass hole in the tub. I asked for a refund and they told me no that’s what I paid for so that’s what I get. Customer service from hotels.com call them. They told them that they was taken care of the problem, but they never did.

Can’t say you’re not getting what you paid for I guess. Bathroom looked honestly insane: toilet seat wasn’t clean, chips in the bathtub ceramic, no toilet paper holders, pieces of the baseboard were missing, and was even greeted by a baby cockroach. My friend was nervous that the bedding wasn’t replaced and it was a little suspicious that the sheets were so wrinkly and there was also some kind of dust(?) in my bed. Mini fridge stopped working sometime in the middle of the night. For a one-night stay it’s bearable but I would not recommend staying any longer than that, you’d probably bring a critter home with you.
