This house has everything from A to Z and is furnished very well. We stayed 4 nights. Can't say 1 thing bad about this property. Pool, with waterfall and night underwater blue pool light got alot of our limited free time. The adjoining rec area in other part of back yard looked awesome as well, but we didn't use that area at all. Very family friendly and lots of space inside and outside. Kitchen very well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, appliances, etc. Beds extremely comfortable. Bathroom and showers stocked with everything needed as well. We hope to stay here again in our next trip to Phoenix. Only small glitch was check in. Never got an email or app message with the door code to check in. Got to the house after check in time and couldn't get in. Went to app and clicked on the check in tab "I'm having trouble" and within minutes had a text from the host with the door code. Not a big deal by any means, but caused a little anxiety.

Great stay for our family

The property was perfect for our family with our dog! We had a great time in the pool and it’s close to lots of stores and food. Also it’s an easy drive to downtown area to see a game. Our kids loved the arcade table. The kitchen was stocked with the items that we hoped for, overall a great place to stay.

Sahuaro rocks!

We have stayed at many places in the Phoenix area while visiting our son. This is definitely one of the nicest homes out there! The pool was fantastic and the accommodations were amazing. Highly recommend!!

The memory foam beds were very comfortable. The pool was very inviting and the heated whirlpool was a great finish to your swim. All the appliances worked used the dishwasher the most. Only two tvs but we made due with the two there. We loved using the garage to park our rental in and neighborhood felt safe to be in. The sofa was low and hard to get up from.

Christmas in Phoenix

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this house and I just love the layout for having my family get together for the holidays. It's easy to have multiple people in the kitchen cooking and setting up. Close to so many shops and restaurants that you can walk to. And the pool is kept warm enough that I could swim every morning in December.

Very very nice

This was a terrific home. The beds were so comfortable. I actually pulled the sheets off to see what brand it was so I can buy one for myself now that I’m home. We just went for a relaxing weekend and a Cardinals game. The couch was comfortable to watch television. The pool area was very nice. The quirky little video game table was a hoot. My 15-year-old son and I played battleship and clue and all kinds of games we haven’t thought about in years. If we ever come back, I will happily stay here again.

The perfect home for friends, family and fun!

Location was awesome with everything one could need close by. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor area was just perfect. We loved the firepit at night, the warm pool for the day and the nice dining table for games and dinner outdoors. We will definitely be back more than once!

Sahuaro House

We had a wonderful stay at the Sahuaro House. The heated pool with waterfall was amazing, our famliy had so much fun in the pool! The location was good, the neighborhood wasn't the best, but also felt the Sahuaro House was private and well maintained. The house was the perfect size for our family and our host was very accomodating.

Amazing House!!

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing!! The house was so clean and had plenty of essential items such as paper towels, dishes, pool towels, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, etc, etc! The beds and rooms were great size and very comfortable. The real star was the outdoor area with the heated pool, hot tub and lots of seating! We spent the majority of our time in the pool and it is absolutely amazing! Don’t hesitate to book this house!! The host is also amazing and replies to any messages/questions within minutes!! If we ever get back to the Phoenix area we would love to stay here again!! Thanks for everything!!

Family Thanksgiving

This is the best house I've ever rented. It's a beautiful house with modern style that's not overdone. The Master suite is gorgeous and doors directly out to the pool. I took advantage of the heated pool every morning even in November when it's a little brisk in the morning. The open floor plan is perfect for hanging out while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. And there's a table big enough to seat 8 people. The host was very kind to us and responsive. I hope to stay here again!

A Getaway in Phoenix - My First Time :)

My sister and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this house! The location was in a great spot. Everything was right there for us, and the expressway wasn't too far, at all.There were only two of us in the house, so we had plenty of space, but you could have easily had at least two others there. The decor was nice. The fact that Nickcole had pretty much everything we needed, was awesome. Towels, items for the kitchen, toys for the pool, and the list goes on. Using the garage was easy. I stayed in the Master Suite and it was wonderful. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom, I LOVED IT! The vanity was one of my favorite things. The pool and the hot tub were AMAZING. I love that there is a privacy wall around the entire property, so we were able to utilize the pool/hot tub any time of the day or night. And OMG, the video game table was also a highlight! It was so much fun, especially to play games from our childhood, but electronically. Very cool! Working with Nickcole was a wonderful experience. She responded quickly if we had any questions, and she was very kind. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! It was outstanding.
