We really enjoyed the location. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Grocery shopping was also a block away. The king bed was very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet during the night.
We stayed here 10 days to watch some college baseball. It was easy access to all the different venues. Neighborhood was quiet & grocery and shops are easy walk away. Home has low ceilings so could be a problem if you are claustrophobic but was quite comfortable for us. We enjoyed our stay.
This property is in a transitional neighborhood, but is actually a good neighborhood with kids playing in the yard. The house had low ceilings and could be a potential problem for guest who are taller. Also, the washer and dryer work great, but are not in the same building as your living quarters. Overall, those things didn't out do the positive vibes of the property. The living room was nice to relax in with the two couches, big TV, and games to play. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking a meal if needed. Most importantly, the king bed was comfortable after a long exciting day of the city.
Very close to shops and eateries. Comfortable beds and well stocked bathroom. Good for small groups (2 to 5 peopls, pets, and children (with kids, watch out for extremely hot water from the faucets). The host is very responsive and accommodating. The space is charming and includes a covered parking spot right by the front door. We would go back here next time we are in Phoenix.
We enjoyed our stay there in this clean and cozy vintage bungalow. The neighborhood was friendly and helpful when we had questions. The canal walk was awesome and easy to access from the unit. The close local businesses and eateries were great and came with good references.
We are familiar with the neighborhood so we were aware of the transitional state. We were pleasantly surprised with how quiet the property was and found it to be very nicely appointed.
We stayed over to be in close proximity to John C Lincoln for some medical treatment - and it was the perfect location!
Communication was stellar.
The home was exactly as pictured. The front yard was smaller than expected. The home was comfortable and well equipped. Loved the wine bar and bakery nearby! Easy access to downtown and other areas. Transitional neighborhood.
The place was very nice and clean with a very convenient location close to a grocery store and restaurants. The carport is an absolute necessity especially with the 100F daytime temperatures. The bed is very comfortable, and having the laundry facilities are also appreciated. Heather is very quick to respond to any questions, she rocks! Highly recommended, will return again.
We needed a place quickly after our AC went out and this place was conveniently located and the property owner was quick to answer any questions and worked with us to make it an easy stay. Check-in and check-out were easy as well. It is clean and comfortable. it was a great experience.
This place was great! Well stocked for anything you would need and comfy if youâre just hanging out, watching tv. Location is near so many good spots. Did not have to drive far to get to the places we visited. Would definitely stay here again!
My wife, dog and I stayed at this very cute, quaint and extremely comfortable home for two days in late April. While the weather outside was scorching hot for this time of year, the place was cool as the other side of the pillow.
Heather has created a very hip little pad for a small family or a couple to enjoy. It's a very spacious two-bed and one bath adobe. Completely remodeled with a cool blend of modern and vintage, the beds are so comfortable, bathroom linen a huge winner and sofa perfect for a little afternoon siesta!
While the neighborhood (area) is in the middle of a lot of construction/gentrification, it's a quick trip or walk, to several great spots for drinks, food or a walk along the canal.
Can't stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this quaint 1944 abode!
Thanks Heather for such a great stay!
Roomy, comfortable 2 bedroom/1 bath. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but also centrally located for access to local venues (we were there for spring training baseball). Our check in was easy and Heather was prompt and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved staying here! It was close enough to all of the museums and places we wanted to go to. The owner was very responsive and helpful with the entire process. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has all of the basics if you would like to cook meals. Laundry is available, easy to use and efficient.
when we first drove up to the property i wondered, but after entering the house i was pleasantly surprised how modern and clean the house was and it was well stocked, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. the propery manager does a good job!!
We stayed here because it was close to our family. Heather was extremely responsive when we had questions. The location is great, the accommodations are adorable and close to everything you need. Recommended.
