This stay was fine. Parking not included was a bit of a surprise being that there is no shortage in area? The staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were literally taking food away right in front of us when we came in at the tail end of the serving time. Our room Was good. Average in need of some repairs To flooring but had everything we needed for a quick stay.

the staff were friendly and polite, the breakfast was good and the room was clean; in good condition. Overall, a pleasant experience. Marietta was able to accommodate a-12 p.m check out. Definitely, we will come back to this hotel.

My room was a King suite so that we could fit 3 people (we were out for a softball tournament). The sofa bed mattress was extremely used and we asked for another mattress and was denied. The toilet in the bathroom started to back up on the second day, they sent us up a plunger to fix it ourselves- it was 11 at night and they offered a smaller room with fewer bed space. We asked for maintenance to come fix it in the am while we were out at the tournament- they did fix it but did not clean up the water leakage. We got some Lysol from the front desk and did it ourselves. When we arrived back we noticed the next door renters had the plunger placed outside of their door- which just confirmed that this is a bigger issue. We rented the space to have somewhere to lay our head after playing softball all day. We only showered and slept. I travel a lot and this experience was by far the worst that I have had. The graveyard staff was a gem- he was accommodating as he could be. The kitchen staff were also great. For the money I spent I would expect a room with no issues. The hotel might want to consider fixing the obvious problem before renting it out and getting poor reviews because people are flooding their room.

This was the perfect place to stay for Boise State's historic first playoff appearance--we love Scottsdale with its amazing shopping and safe environment. We loved the continental breakfast and walking around the property. We even spotted a jackrabbit early in the morning. We hope to come back many time for more Fiesta Bowls!
