Poor, poor service, great place to stay!

Not so good. We reserved an additional 3 days at this resort and requested the room be restocked and cleaned after being in the room for 7 days. They said they would send housekeeping but never came to fulfill our request. We asked twice. Nothing. Now we’re into our last night here, just disappointed the service wasn’t great! Overall, the pool is very nice! Playground for kids. Nice Mountain View of the McDowell Mtn.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.Thanks. The three beds were lumpy and so was the large chair in the living area. Reported to the staff and they are looking in to it.

pictures don’t do this property justice, room is more like an apartment to my fellow sports bettors and golfers, draftkings sportbooks and TPC scottsdale are your neighbors activities are within a 30-45 minute drive because of traffic staff is a 10/10 i will definitely book this property every time i visit arizona

Nice Stay, Just a Few Complaints

It was nice. My only complaints are that we were refused a late checkout and the hotel was obviously not full. We were also called no less than 4 times in a day regarding going to a timeshare presentation even after I told them we wouldn’t have time. I was interested in additional info, but the only way to get it was to go to the presentation for 90 mins. I’m annoyed by that. Just give me the info and let me make a decision. It seems like they need to try to manipulate me which turns me off to the whole prospect. This hotel is also 3 stories with no elevator. This is okay when it’s not summer and when you are not on the 3rd floor! Pool was nice, rooms were spacious, kitchen set up was a bit strange.

We have stayed many times. Large area to move around in. Washing Machine and dryer good. Don’t cook but nice to have refrigerator and toaster. Good TV’s. Carpet old and needs to be replaced as well as sofas. Parking great. All in all A very good place to stay. Front desk always great.

Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious and convenient. Nice patio with table and chairs. Pool area was very nice and we enjoyed. Staff checked in every day to see if we needed anything. Units a little dated but enjoyed overall and would stay there again.
