Phoenix Mountain property. Heated pool and heated hot tub/spa. This property is nestled on the side of Lookout Mountain in the exclusive Phoenix Moon Valley area. You will have city and canyon views. Heated spool/spa on property. Sleeping arrangements are 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds and a futon in an area that can be closed off for additional privacy with a custom made barn door. 2 1/2 baths freshly remodeled within the year. Drum set on premises. Don't worry parents... No drum sticks...no noise. You choose. There are a few guitar amps on premises as well if you want to bring a guitar and plug in here as well. You are 1 mile from the Pointe Tapatio resort Lookout Mountain golf course. There is also a hiking trails on the mountain which is within a 2 minute walk. BBQ grill, chef's kitchen, multiple out door patios, gas fireplace inside, cornhole and many other games on property. You will be in central phoenix and less than 10 minutes away from multiple choices for fine dining. You can also walk from the property to a sports bar, breakfast, pizza, subs, coffee shop which all are short block away just down the hill. The views and location within the city associated with this property are magnificent. You can walk 2 minutes away and hike Lookout Mountain Trailhead. Sedona is less than 90 minutes away. The property is very centrally located so getting to all major sporting events is never more than 15 minutes away (Diamondbacks, Suns, Cardinals, Coyotes, Sun Devils, Grand Canyon College, Phoenix Open Golf, Spring Training Baseball). Both Barrett Jackson and Mecum car auction events are also held just 15 minutes away. Even Old Town Scottsdale is only 15 minutes away!!

We had a wonderful time at this Arizona home. The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and we loved spending time outside soaking in the warm desert air. It was peaceful and quiet, yet still conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.Communication with the host was excellent. He was responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place for our time away.

The home has 4 nice size bedrooms with comfortable beds. The house is furnished well with kitchen/cooking/eating needs. The drummer and arcade game ad some extra, unique fun. The hot tub offering and pool offering are a nice bonus as well. The owner was very good with communication and helpful with our concerns/issues.

WONT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE

I cannot begin to express the home and overall stay my family had here. We had a family of 8 including three small children and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed and he even ordered a stroller for my little and toys for for my son to make sure he had a good stay. I won’t be staying anywhere else when in Arizona and even more so we may make future trips just to stay in the amazing house.

Perfect place to relax

We had an absolutely great time at this property. Beautiful home and property. Perfectly maintained and incredibly clean, including outdoor spaces and pool/hot tub. Felt very quiet and private for being in town. Property manager was always available and fast to respond. He went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend for any small group.

Phoenix trip

Our group of six adults spent four nights at this rental. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect for us since it was a short walk to a Lookout Mountain trail and a short drive to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store. There are two separate outdoor areas- a pool in the back and a spa in the front. Both have plenty of seating areas. We enjoyed the pool on hot days and the spa when temperatures dropped into the 60's. A drum set and old fashioned video game were hits with our adult children. Our host was terrific. He was very responsive to questions and offered to preheat the spa whenever we needed. We would highly recommend this rental to others.

My husband and I travelled with friends to celebrate a birthday by playing golf. The house and the host were amazing, really enjoyed our time there. Traffic seemed very heavy around this location, but that’s no reflection on the property itself!

Beautiful home, extremely clean, great location, host was nearly immediate with response to inquiries. The inground spa and pool were heated and set for the perfect temperature. Would give six stars if I could. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything. Has everything you could want. Book it!

The house is very well kept and has the most comfortable beds. It was exactly as listed in the description. Stacy is an excellent host Responds immediately to any questions you may have.
