Cleanliness of the room, definitely needs to be tweaked, soil stains on the toilet seat, soap scum all over the shower, not to mention lack of handles on the shower door, hallways, not acceptable. Staff is friendly, however, most definitely needs to be reworked.

Staff is always top notch. The rooms are usually good but the fridge we had didn't hardly work, the tile toilet paper is never within reach from the toilet, there's no shelves or anything in the shower to put things or anyplace in the restroom to sit your clean clothes, and our room was never serviced with fresh towels. When we asked about it we were told they only service every other day. If we had known this at check in, we wouldn't have placed our used towels on the floor. Breakfast is usually always great and the pool and hot tub are so serene ♡
