Staff was rude, the bed linens were stained and the property had a lot of looters that did not feel safe to walk through as it started getting dark. Property was not as advertised and I wouldn’t recommended.

CONS: Heavily scented cleanser used in the room. With everyone's sensitivities today why are they using scented products at all. Even though the room was a kitchenette suite there was no utensils, dishes, or cooking pots and pans. Bathroom sink didn't drain well. Could not get the shower water hot enough. There is a fan through the wall that does not have an alarm off switch so I had to listen to that all night. Coffee in the lobby was so bad I had to drive elsewhere to get decent coffee. Surprisingly not too much road noise. PROS: The bed was extremely comfortable. Location is awesome. Otherwise well-appointed and updated. Note: there should be signs to the elevator and room numbers. For safety - I would appreciate cameras in the passageways

The rooms were advertised as recently remodeled but smelled of smoke and/or cleaning chemicals that attempted to cover up the smell of smoke. Basically these rooms "remodeled" rooms were old rooms with a new coat of paint and new vinyl flooring. Unfortunately the clientele of these rooms don't respect the non-smoking policies, leaving gullible next guests such as myself disappointed. Though the management was kind enough to let me try other rooms, it became very apparent that majority of the rooms had the same issues. In addition, the exterior of the place was very dirty and less than desirable. I should have know better that the price was too good to be true. The value was just not there.

STAY HERE - YOU WON'T REGRET IT! We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our suite was — it felt more like a small one-bedroom apartment than a studio. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels and essentials. Coffee and creamer in the lobby was a nice bonus. This setup is perfect for a long-term stay, which is exactly what we were looking for, and it’s way better than the Studio 6 off Wendler in Tempe in terms of size, cleanliness, and overall comfort. Quick tip: booking through the My6 app is easier and avoids extra deposits when extending your stay. The staff here was very kind and accommodating, and their flexibility really stood out. Overall, great stay, great value, and excellent service.

On the Expedia’s website it’s doesn’t say that it was a Motel, I will never get any motel for staying because are the worse, The property was so dirty and smell so bad, cigarettes everywhere and everything it was dirty, first room was too far and so many smokers around, the second room was dirty and had a noise in the exhaust fan, no internet on tv no tv cable too, the clerk wasn’t able to help at all and the worst was when early on the morning construction workers started to fix the roof exactly above my room, I hope Expedia will refund my money because I cancelled my reservation.
