Small kitchen, living area and 3/4 bath with tiled 36'' shower. Amenities include wireless internet, flat-screen TVs in sitting area and bedroom, breakfast table, refrigerator, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee pot, dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, queen bed, and closet. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and iron provided. Washer & Dryer on site (not shared). All linens included. Private entry with security door. Keyless entry allows for late check in if desired. Check-in after 4:00 pm, check-out before 11:00 am unless previously arranged. Quiet, safe neighborhood and great for taking walks. Senior Center is within walking distance. Two miles from ASU, Mill Ave, Town Lake, and Light Rail. Located in quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to Starbucks, city bus stop, churches, grocery, library, restaurants, and Walmart. 12 minutes from airport.
