The Wigwam offers 331 accommodations with coffee/tea makers and complimentary bathrobes. Rooms open to patios. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature premium bedding. LCD televisions come with cable channels and pay-per-view films.

Bathrooms include designer toiletries and hairdryers. Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs and telephones. Additionally, rooms include an iron/ironing board and blackout curtains. It took 15minutes to check in and I was the only one in the lobby. I asked for a quiet room and the receptionist put me in a room right next to a reception dinner with a live D.J. and hundreds of people. I went there for peace and quiet. The phone in the room did not work so I couldn't call the front desk without using my cell phone nor room service nor house keeping. Parking was far from my room and I am handicap unless I used valet which I am unable to.

The staff was not very welcoming. In addition, there was no help offered for our luggage, no bell service. Lastly, prior to my arrival, I requested a room that was handicap accessible and none was provided nor was I given a comparable room.
