In the vicinity, you will find the Enchanted Island Amusement Park in beautiful Encanto Park, offering entertainment and attractions for all ages.
Encanto Golf Course is 5 minutes from the home as well as the State fair.
It is only a short 5 minute Uber ride away from downtown Phoenix providing you with many entertainment and restaurant options and the Phoenix International Airport is only 10 minutes away.
You will be close to many beautiful hiking trails, and a short 20 minute drive takes you to Old Town Scottsdale or Tempe Marketplace and ASU.
Also within a five to ten minute drive from the property is located newly revitalized Hance Park with a dog park for large dogs and a separate park for small dogs and puppies.
Adjacent to Hance Park is the Japanese Friendship Garden and around the corner from that is the Arizona Science Center. Just down the street from the property is the Phoenix Art Museum with the Phoenix Theatre Company located in the same building.
FITNESS EQUIPMENT LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
The property includes a fitness area with a variety of exercise equipment, including, but not limited to, a stationary bike, Pilates reformer, TRX suspension trainer, and free weights.
Use of this equipment is entirely voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
By choosing to use any fitness equipment on the property, guests acknowledge and agree that:
• Exercise and the use of fitness equipment involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, and serious bodily injury.
• Guests are solely responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of safely using the equipment provided.
• The host does not provide supervision, instruction, or training in the use of any fitness equipment.
• Guests agree to inspect equipment prior to use and discontinue use if equipment appears damaged, unstable, or unsafe.
By using the fitness equipment provided on the property, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with such use and agree to release and hold harmless the host, property owner, and property managers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the fitness equipment.
Children under 18 are not permitted to use the fitness equipment.
By booking and staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
