We chose this hotel for the location, within 5min walk to beach and 20min walk to major nightlife, while being in a more quiet area. Service was good, breakfast had many options and quality was ok. The rooms were clean but def a bit outdated with some mold and cracks showing in bathroom. Overall good.

The bed, so comfortable. The room? Clean, calming and dark once the curtains were closed. Their buffet breakfast? A delight each morning, with always slightly different options. Their staff? Generous, patient, kind and understanding. This was our third stay at The Charm and we would never stay elsewhere in Patong.

Nice hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. The view from the pool and sky bar is amazing, we weren’t so lucky with weather so didn’t get as much use as we would have liked. Would love to visit again. The only issue we had was the water did not heat up in the bath so was unable to use bath in the bathroom.
