We left the hotel as fast as we arrived, the hotel is in terrible condition, mold in the shower, insects everywhere. The matress was dirty with all kind of stains. Stay away from this place

They gave me a different room that I booked, I booked the Royal executive suite 1 bedroom, and they gave me the Royal executive suite 2 bedrooms a room cheaper that the one I booked. I let them know to the staff and they act if they didnt know english, so who is going to give me back the difference that I paid

The room was dirty, blanket was very small, it’s the exact same size as the bed and the length is shorter than the bed. The worst of all, some staff unlocked our door and tried to walk in at 4 in the morning, without knocking or anything first. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Such a great stay, the noise can be an issue at times but if you get a room that is pool facing should be ok, overall, very nice hotel and great location!!

All staff were fantastic, friendly, very helpful, and remembered you from one day to the next, the pool could be very noisy and even intimidating at times in the afternoon with groups of people making it hard for those wanting to relax. Every guestI encountered mentioned their difficulty in navigating the steep ramp to enter the Royal wing from the lobby, if a travelator was put in here it might cost a lot but would pay off in return guests, the ramp is so steep as to be dangerous.

The Royal Paradise is convenient to Bangla Walking Street and Patong Beach, but the area is old and run down. The room they provided on the 17th floor was remodeled and had a good view, but they were re-doing other rooms on this floor, so the hallway was torn up with construction work the entire week we were there. The lobby and pool area were ok, as was the breakfast area, but the breakfast was low quality, and the staff need better customer service training. We dropped this hotel one additional star because they wanted to charge an additional 200 Bhat for a one-hour late check-out. Not a great request for off-season guests who just spent a week in a construction zone.
