No problems and got good sleep.

Managed to get parking out front and we got early checkin which started our stay off the right way and the hotel as a whole was very nicely laid out. Adjacent casino was quite good also.

I appreciate the hotel providing native owned toiletries in the rooms. They get stars for that. However, majority of staff including the manager Krista did not fail to demonstrate classless, apathetic behaviour. Long story short, the hotel has no organization and did not grant my late check out as promised. Which was very weird and set me back completely. Guest service & management staff needs retraining. It feels like stern airport security people as opposed to light hearted hotel hospitality service workers. Unless the staff gets fixed or replaced, I don’t think i’ll be back. Providing nice rooms does not make up for poor customer service skills. It spoils the entire experience.

I love this hotel! The cleanliness, the food, the staff and the facilities are amazing. I wish there was more around the location or scenic spaces but its really an awesome hotel.

The property was great, what i did not like was a week after I booked the room was 30$ cheaper, i should have been reimbursed for the difference, im not impressed with expedia on this point, also the added charge of the hotel was a surprise
