We invite you to spend your holidays in an architect's villa (300 m2) with refined decoration offering all the desired comfort in an idyllic setting facing the golf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.


The house is located on a private estate.
Its land of 3000 m2 is fully fenced and closed by an electric gate, thus ensuring the tranquility of the place.

We invite you to consult the satellite location on the site to check the situation of the villa (surrounded by nature, between sea and mountains).

The villa is ideally located between the seaside resort of Porticcio, offering many shops and activities, and the almost Isle of Isolella and its Genoese tower, a dream corner for nature lovers and the beautiful and vast sandy beaches. end.

The house is open to the outside. Indeed, the ground floor bedrooms as well as the living room overlook terraces directly accessing the garden.

In addition, each bedroom has its own bathroom and television, allowing everyone to enjoy pleasant moments of intimacy. Out of five bedrooms in total, four have a sea view, the last one has a terrace on the garden offering a view on the maquis side.
The only upstairs bedroom, the master suite of 30 m2, with dressing room and bathroom (bath and shower), also offers a beautiful terrace with panoramic sea views.

Fully air-conditioned, the interior also allows you to rest cool and share moments of conviviality in a large living room (60 m2) offering all the necessary comfort (150 cm flat screen tv, large corner sofa,) and also opening onto a large covered terrace (20 m2).

To cook good meals, you will have 2 kitchens in the villa: -A spacious kitchen - dining room fully equipped, with its own covered terrace to enjoy the outdoors from breakfast.

Corsican Beauty

The house was spacious and well equipped, the pool was perfect for all ages and the views superb. Proximity to great beaches and restaurants another plus. A memorable holiday - will be back for more.

Wonderful house in peaceful surroundings with an amazing view

We were two families who spent a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. We have rented houses in Corsica many times before, but this was the best house so far. The view was great, nice pool, lots of space inside the house, air condition in all the beautiful bedrooms. Short drive or 15 min. walk to the beach. Big, well-kept garden, with barbecue and ping-pong. The hosts were very nice and forthcoming. The wi-fi was the only thing that didn't work very well, but we managed. We can strongly recommend this property for a vacation rental.

Un séjour véritablement inoubliable à Pietrosella, la maison est superbe, très bien orientée (mention spéciale pour le coucher du soleil), très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Jardin très agréable, sans compter la piscine. Cerise sur le gâteau, Jean est très précis, réactif et connaît de nombreuses bonnes adresses pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Bref, un must !

Magnifique maison, vacances de rêve

Magnifique propriété dans un cadre préservé, à 5 minutes en voiture des plus belles plages du Sud de la Corse et des commerces. Jolie vue sur la mer. Spacieuse, lumineuse, extrêmement bien tenue, décorée avec goût, d’un très grand confort, avec des aménagements de grande qualité, des terrasses partout permettant de profiter des différents moments de la journée. Propriétaire très réactif et aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Deux belles semaines de vacances !

Accueil par Jean très sympathique. La villa est superbe . Les cinq chambres sont spacieuses avec une salle de bain dans chacune d’entre elles . La vue sur la baie d’Ajaccio et les Sanguinaires depuis les chambres et le salon est un autre point fort de cette villa ! La piscine n’est pas chauffée mais le soleil s’est chargé de la réchauffer. Tout à disposition dans « les » cuisines. Je ne peux que recommander cette villa : vous y passerez de très belles vacances !

Großzügiges sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt mit schönem Grundstück.Tolle Lage am Hügel mit Aussicht. Der Vermieter Jean war sehr angenehm, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleines Manko: Der Strand vor Ort ist nicht der schönste. Man muss ca. 15 min weiter mit dem Auto fahren. Ansonsten insgesamt: Daumen hoch !

un séjour parfait à Casa di Andria, Pietrosella

Nous avons passé dix jours très agréables dans cette ravissante demeure, dans un calme absolu avec une vue magnifique sur les Sanguinaires. La maison est au milieu d'un grand jardin, avec 5 chambres parfaitement disposées et avec chacune sa salle de bain, ce qui permet à chacun d'être indépendant. Et nous pouvions nous retrouver dans la salle de séjour très spacieuse et claire, aux heures trop chaudes ou autour de la piscine ou sous le Pool House aux heures plus fraîches. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que chaque pièce soit climatisée, même la cuisine, pendant la canicule début juillet. Le propriétaire nous a accueillit personnellement et très chaleureusement. Cette location a plus que largement répondu à nos attentes et nous avons l'intention d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

Vue imprenable sur la baie

Accueil parfait . Propriété et maison impeccable . Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en profitant de cette splendide demeure et de son accès immédiat à des plages fantastiques. La situation est parfaite , sans voisinage et vis à vis mais proche des commerces , activités nautiques, vie nocturne ... La maison est idéale pour 10 personnes . Il ne manque rien . Il faut bien trouver un petit bémol alors si comme moi vous êtes un peu frileux et habitué à une piscine chauffée à 28° mini et bien vous demanderez aux sympathiques propriétaires d'installer une pompe à chaleur pour la piscine. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cette villa magnifique dont la vue extraordinaire est aujourd'hui immortalisée dans mon bureau afin de montrer à tous qu'il n'est pas utile de partir au bout du monde pour trouver son paradis...
