Nice Room but Disappointed with Staff

The room was really nice but that was it. 2 days of our 5 day stay our room didn't get cleaned and we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and toiletries. When we complained they didn't apologize but just said we will make a note of it. They only have one elevator and it was broken one of the days of our stay. It didn't affect us so much but there was a pair of elderly couples on the floor above us that were really having a hard time of it. When they complained they were told, "well at least you got some exercise" but no apology. No one was offered any compensation for any of their inconveniences or even an apology. The room was really nice but I was very disappointed in how it turned out.

Worth the money.

We loved how spacious the room was. The outside court yard nice and the staff were very friendly. Great walking distant to the Island, awesome breakfast choice at Regans house of Pancakes. Will definitely stay again.

Anniversary trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arbors. Our room was very clean and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Check in was very fast due to prepayment. I really enjoyed the lemonade in the lobby and the outdoor hottub and pool were very nice. The only thing I can complain about, and this wasn't their fault, we were on the 3rd floor and the morning we left the elevator was down. I'm disabled and have a hard time getting around so that made it hard to get our stuff downstairs but we look forward to going back and highly recommend this hotel!!

Amazing stay!

Me and my wife had an amazing stay. Check in was fast and the man at the fromt desk was very courteous. We was given a book of coupons for the area and imformation that was very useful. We got to our room and was pleased with how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. Everything was great from the pool to the entertainment that evening. We definitely plan on staying there again!

Really not for elderly people. Had to park at the far back of parking lot, and felt like a hike to the room. We were on the 5th floor and the elevator went out. But for young people and families it would be wonderful. Fabulous staff, and clean rooms.

Loved the location. Even though no continental breakfast, a voucher was provided for a pancake house across the street. AND free coffee, hot chocolate, doughnuts and fruit were available 24 hours a day. The pool area and pavilion area were both nice. A nice cover during rain showers. Staff were very nice. Will definitely consider this hotel for future visits to Pigeon Forge.
