Around everything!!! Waterpark, amenities and staff is great. From the quick bite and coffee to the friendly staff at the waterslides no complaints. Only concern is how much the rooms need updating. Just feels like a cheap motel bathroom. The bed is comfortable but it can use more of a higher quality bedding.

Family fun

We had a really wonderful stay. The room was neat and clean, staff very friendly and helpful, pool fun and refreshing. My kids had a ball! Only downside is arcade and breakfast kind of pricey for large families. Also no takeout containers for breakfast is kind of wasteful.

Disappointed in NO coffee pot in our room. No complimentary coffee or water on the property. The inside slides were not working some of the time. The arcade room is not great—disappointing! We will not return. Not great for the price!

The staff was great. I had the most interaction with staff member named Gabby. What a great attitude so helpful and kind. The big time negative and the main reason I will never go back to this hotel is because the property had water all over the floor from the indoor water area to all the activity spaces to the elevators! Unexcptable. I saw so many people lose balance and slip. I was a nervous reck my entire trip!

My kiddos loved the indoor & outdoor waterpark most along with the scheduled fun! ❤️ Most of the staff was friendly, we encountered 2-3 that weren’t happy about their jobs it seemed but there were some very amazing employees that made up for it, the mildew buildup on the stairs & some spots were rough for a newer facility & the outside pool bathrooms weren't the cleanest but overall it was a great experience & we will be back! 🙂

Family Friendly.Attractions close enough to walk and the food was great. Take advantage of the week long refillable cups. Tons of kid activities from pool party to cupcake decorating. Some activities cost but are affordable. Highly recommend.

the little water slide was nice, This was classified as a resort.. This is not a resort. it's a hotel (an old one) that has water slides.. Maids don't clean ther rooms t hey only provide towels. To have your room cleaned is an extra charge.. The Beds are old and need changing. mattresses are bouncy and leans to the side. My mountain view consisted of looking over a parking lot facing an appartment complex.. This is a low budget hotel with high prices. It was so bad we checked out 2 days early...
