The bed wasn't very comfortable, the fitted sheet didn't fit and so it would bunch up underneath you when you moved. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor left from the previous guests. There was a faint cigarette smell at the sink. Breakfast was great.

We really enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed spending peaceful time on the balcony watching the creek water over the rocks and the ducks. The layout of the room was well thought-out. The rooms were clean and updated in a fun cabin vibe. The breakfast was good. The staff very helpful and nice. Its nice they offer free innertubes to use in the creek or in the pool.

Creekstone is excellent. Great breakfast served fresh to you each morning. Several options to choose from. Rooms are clean, staff most friendly and willing to help, pool area great and size of pool. Clean facilities. Have stayed here multiple times.

Great stay!!!

We were just close enough to everything, right at end of Pigeon Forge and only a few miles to Gatlinburg. Off the main strip just far enough to not hear all the traffic. The balcony overlooking the river is great. Beds were comfy. Internet in the area in general is sketchy and over the weekend when the hotel was full, the WiFi was not great but we went to the mountains to get away, not be online!

They do not honor VIP ACCESS, the have no idea why Expedia has that on there. The place is rundown and needs renovation. The pillows are awful! You can stay at the next hotel down and it’s way better. But it was $50 on a weekday and they offer tubes to float n the river for free so that’s not bad.

We chose the King room with two beds that are separated by the bathroom. No actual door but plenty of privacy for a family trip. It was nice that the Sink and mirror were accessible even if someone was in the toilet/shower room. We loved the Balcony over the creek and watching the wildlife. Bonus perk was getting the corner room on the 5th floor. Beds are a little too soft but I guess that’s a preference problem.

Comfortable Beds & Pillowa

The bed was very comfortable and so is the pillow. Both were perfect. All rooms have a view of this running stream next to it from the balcony. The room was a little humid and another guest in the front office complained of that as well. We stayed four nights, but their maids will not make up your bed for you. That’s my only complaint.

Property is on the Pigeon River and we like the sounds of the river and the wildlife. A little more attention needs to be paid to the general maintenance of the rooms. In our room the extra security latch was loose and the screws were coming out. The toilet seemed to be very low and not easy to sit on. Breakfast was very good.
