Moutain View Condo

First the views from the balcony were fantastic plus plenty of wild life. Second the condo itself was spacious and very clean. Third the location was perfect allowing easy access to everything in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely book again. A great value for the price

We came while hurricane Helene hit, so it rained almost the entire time. We didn’t get to get out and walk the town, but it was nice to get away from home for a few days. Like the top floor location.

Beautiful View

The view from the balcony of this property is just beautiful! It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. This condo is the perfect size for a family to stay comfortably. We had 5 people (4 adults and a preteen), which was perfect for us. The property owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She was wonderful to work with, making this property much better. The kitchen is well stocked, which made having breakfast and dinners in the condo a piece of cake! Plus... if you have Walmart+, you can place an order for your groceries and have them delivered right to the condo! Please don't hold the following against the property/owner because the owner cannot do anything about the Wi-Fi. I just wanted to include this so others are aware and prepared. The only "down" part of the property is the Wi-Fi, which isn't great. The internet is provided by the HOA and is the same network throughout the entire property, and I have always found it to be slow and unresponsive. We have stayed at four other units in this condo complex with the same Wi-Fi issues. Honestly, I am sure most people do not come up to the mountains to be on the Wi-Fi, but when you have a pre-teen who likes to fall asleep streaming a movie, it could cause a stress point.

Quiet and convenient

Location is quiet but is still in the middle of town. We enjoyed watching the zorbing from the back deck. Kitchen seemed adequately stocked although we didnt do anything more complicated than reheating food.

Fall Getaway at a Great Location!

This condo is located on the top (7th) floor of building 5. The views are from the back of the property of Mountain View Condos so you see no other buildings, just great mountain views. It was a beautiful view! Although we were not at the condo much, it was well appointed and very clean. Sheets and towels were provided and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of blankets to use for chilly evenings and the fire place was a peaceful addition. We would definitley stay here again!

Offset enough for isolation with real street access, lots of parking, and a good view to the NE – proves location can be a wonderful thing. Clean, well maintained, and a sanctuary from the masses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and sincerely hope we can come visit again!

Alarm, lock, no building number or condo number .no WiFi, smart tvs great but can’t use them. No info on smart alarm, set it off- police came. Hot water is scalding. Need to adjust down more info on how to use the stuff in the condo. Pine smell so strong could not go into condo with out doors open and fans on. Had to leave and go to dinner to let it air out. Microwave only works on start. Can’t set it for any thing other than start

Awesome Property!

You get the convenience of being in the middle of Pigeon Forge without the commotion of it! You are tucked back from the strip, but you are so close to everything. The pools were nice, the views were amazing! We had a wonderful time.

Was not clean, unacceptable! The owner said she was disappointed and embarrassed.

I reached out to the owner twice via the VRBO app before our trip, but never got a reply. But when I texted her, she replied almost immediately. When arriving at the condo, the keyless entry keypad did not work. After an hour of troubleshooting over the phone with the owner, we changed the batteries and it worked fine. The condo had not yet been cleaned due to a weather related accident so we left for the evening to do some fun stuff in town. When we returned at almost 10:00, we could tell someone had been there, but it was far from clean. The dishwasher was full of dishes, the dryer was full of wet towels, the toilets had not been cleaned, there were used bars of soap in one of the bathrooms, there was a pair of underwear in the laundry area floor, there was a wet dish rag hanging on the sink, the sheets on the bed in the back bedroom were very wrinkled and had hairs on them - they had not been washed. On top of the cleaning issues, there were no paper towels, extra toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, or trash bags. And the coffee maker had used coffee grounds with mold growing. I sent a text to the owner, along with some pictures and she offered to have another cleaner come back the next day. They did come the next day and cleaned the toilets bowls, emptied the dishwasher, cleaned the coffee maker and left a few empty trash bags for us. We had already washed all the towels and sheets. But they did not remove the used soap from the shower, empty the trash in the laundry area, dispose of the underwear left in the laundry area or leave any shampoo/conditioner, laundry or dishwasher soap. There were also a few light bulbs that were burned out. I mentioned those to the owner too, but they did not get replaced. This condo only sleeps 6 if you sleep 3 in each bed or if you bring your own air mattress. The view from the balconies of the condo was beautiful and the location was great! But I don’t think the price we paid, along with the cleaning fee was worth the time we spent on the non-working keypad and the time we spent doing laundry and sanitizing things. I think a hotel might be a better option in the future. At least they provide basic toiletries and clean linens.
