We've been visiting this area in the fall for around 30 years and have stayed in cabins, townhomes, condos and hotels. I have to say this place was the best of them all. Beautifully decorated, extremely well stocked kitchen and VERY clean. There were even bright lightbulbs throughout! (I usually bring my own lightbulbs as it is the norm for cabins to have the lowest lums/wattage bulbs as possible) Another nice touch was the luggage racks in the closets. We have never had that before and it was so helpful. These might be small things, but it shows the attention to detail the owners are willing to provide. The location is great, a very quiet, wooded area that is close to the parkway. On most afternoons there were deer in the lot next door. Needless to say this place is great for relaxing. We definitely had no rental regret on this one!

The convenience to the parkway, kitchen had all you need to prepare meals, very comfortable beds, very clean and decorated nicely, the outside porch area has gas and charcoal grills, porch had nice electric fireplace and plenty of seating for a family to enjoy being outside as well as inside the cabin. The host are very accessible to reach and respond very quickly to any concerns if you need them. Great cabin and will definitely recommend for a great stay in the Pigeon Forge, TN area.

This cabin allowed us a perfect weekend get away with family and friends. There was great communication regarding check in, check out, and what was available at the cabin. The location was perfect. The size of the cabin was great for 4 adults and 4 kids. We were able to enjoy dinners at the cabin while still being close enough to activities like the island and dolly parton's stampede.

Lovely House and Close to Everything

This was our first stay at a VRBO and I can now say I am officially hooked! This place had all the space necessary for 2 older kids and 2 adults. The place was beautifully decorated and the hosts thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. I am also a clean freak and this was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the Pigeon Forge area again. Just lovely.

This was the perfect cabin for our family of four. It was off the main road and felt secluded, but was min it es from most of the activities we wanted to do. The house was great and the hosts made sure all was going well with our visit. We will definitely be returning to the Hillside Chalet.

Ideal Location! Beautiful House!

Less than a mile from Parkway but felt like a world away! Could not hear or see any of the traffic or businesses. Very rarely did we see cars traveling past the house. The house was brand new and contained everything we could need for our stay. Check in and check out process was very easy and the owners were very responsive. The house was so clean and we felt very comfortable staying there.

Exactly right!

Having this lovely home to use as respite after full days exploring Dollywood and surrounding area was such a luxury! Quiet & peaceful just far enough away from the crazy of the Pigeon Forge strip. We thoroughly enjoyed not having to eat out every meal and loved having such comfortable living areas to enjoy inside and out! We will definitely book again when in Pigeon Forge.

Spring Break getaway

We stayed at the Hillside Chalet during Spring Break. It was my family of four (14 and 17 yr old girls) and our close family friends(family of 3, with an 8 year old). The cabin was located in a great spot near everything. Our main thing was Dollywood and it was near us. If you’re looking for something not far up the mountain, near the parkway, and still feel secluded
 this is the spot for you!! The cabin was clean, very spacious, and a perfect home away from home.

Great girls getaway to see Dollywood at Christmas! Loved the location and amenities! We were right off the main road but still secluded with no traffic noise, we were able to get most places we needed to go within minutes! Would definitely stay here again!
