Upon my arrival the bathroom did not have hand soap I was told it will be replaced next day because there is no one in staff to replace it , breakfast was very sad , I don’t think I’ve seen anything so bad even during Covid times . I would never stay at this place again very disappointed

The rooms were clean and the indoor pool was nice and hot. The jets in the hot tub and the bottom of the hot tub and pool could really use a deep clean. Also we were snowed in and had to take cool showers as the hot water went out & they failed to communicate that with us and the lady at the front desk acted kinda rudely when I asked if it was just our room or a hotel wide issue. I literally gently asked. Had they been prepared for the weather & communicated with us about the issues, and not been so hateful about the issues I would’ve given 4 stars. Also breakfast was all carbs. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was disappointing. It was very dusty with dust webs hanging from the ceiling, visible spider webs in the corners, rusty toilet paper holder and dirt behind the bathroom door. The mattress was sagged and lumpy. Hot tub water was filthy.
