Was a good stay for a quick last minnie night trip to Pigeon Forge. Room bedsing was updated but nothing else was. Floors def need updating. Wet outside the bathroom door in front of the sink area the whole time we were there. Had issues with remote from the start. Was fixed to where we could change channels but could not adjust the volume or turn off so we just had to unplug the tv. There was also a dried up booger on the curtain. Overall not terrible for a last minute one night stay but def wouldnt stay longer.

The 2 rooms was nasty, they both had human hair in the bathtubs and bathroom floor, one room had crumbs in the bed, the pool was green, the front desk lady was rud and showed no concern are help with any of my complaints. One of my rooms was on the 3rd floor of the back side of building, the other room was on the 2nd floor on the front side enabling us to share the time we had. The vanity mirror in one of the rooms had hair all over the mirror above the sink. It is by far the nasty place I've ever stayed in and i travel there at least 4 times a yr

My first trip to pigeon forge in 1995 i stayed in River Chase lodge during the week $18. Night. It was incredible then and incredible now. Staff was courteous, checkin 5 minutes, coffee in lobby fresh n hot, room was very nice,.pool awesome, weather 60 degrees, occasional sprnkle rain, Lotta traffic, Christmas lights Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg beutiful. Snow crab 🦀 Captain Jim's seafood yummy. Everything was Wonderful. Thank you Jesus for our trip and all blessings and God Please Bless America Again ✝️ 🇺🇸

Years ago this hotel was amazing, not any longer. The room was filthy and smelled like body odor. Tje tub faucet fell off. The second room we were given had roaches and both rooms had pillows that smelled used. The pool was nasty green color. So that was a no go.

Got there and there was a squatter in the room and they had to run them out. Didn’t offer to put us in another room and made us wait to check in and rushed to clean the room in 30 minutes after we checked in. Get into the room and there were two bathroom. One whole bathroom was basically inhabitable there was a urinal in the bathroom with a black trash bag over it and out of order sign hung on it. Then the faucet for the bathtub was almost broken off and would just swing around and appeared like it had never been cleaned. Then the tv in the bedroom didn’t even work

It is a nice 2.5 star hotel. It’s very very dated. Service was quick and friendly. The room was a basic room. You had a tv and beds. No luggage rack to store suitcase so we had to just lay it on the floor. The inside pool was in terrible condition. My son who loves to swim on every trip didn’t want to swim in the indoor pool (nor would we let him).

The customer service was amazing. Candace was at the front desk. She was very helpful. We were there with our grandson and she gave us several nearby places to take him to and was telling us about the pool and how popular the pool is with the kids so we plan time for that too. She was just really helpful and sweet! Good customer service is hard to come by these days and she was amazing!
