The bathroom door was hard to get shut all the way, and if you did shut it it got stuck. There were all exposed drywall edges. The pullout couch bed had a urine odor and was very uncomfortable. The breakfast provide was not great and the dishes were not that clean.

I was happy with this hotel. Anna and Sam at the front desk, were so so helpful. Beautiful, clean, quiet. What more can you ask for. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The room was clean just a little rundown. Breakfast staff was nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk when we checked in wasn't very friendly being the first person to greet us upon arrival. The smell throughout the whole place wasn't too pleasant.

Room cleanliness could improve! Back elevators to pool weren’t the cleanest. Our fridge didn’t work at first, so lost some food. Valentines add ons were a rip off! Didn’t look as advertised! Not sure I would stay here again. Breakfast was decent.

First things first, because I read reviews and didn’t see this mentioned: The bar is not operational, and the restaurant is only open from 7-10am for breakfast. We chose this place specifically for the onsite bar and restaurant. In terms of the quality of the breakfast. Expect liquid eggs, frozen pancakes, sausage (no bacon), yogurt with fruit and a waffle station. Pretty on par with most other hotel breakfasts, not great but not terrible either. Would I stay again? Maybe. The price was great. The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was nice as well.

When pulling out the sofa bed the mattress was so stained and gross we could not use it. Under the couch was all kinds of trash, vents needed cleaned. My bathroom vent was extremely dusty. During my stay the cable was out the pool was closed for painting. I got texts the day of stay and pool after we checked in. The breakfast was good and room sizes large. The community sitting areas were very comfortable.I did request a refund for the lack of the pool since that was reason we booked the hotel. I did get about 5% off my bill. I wish they would have said at check in the pool will be closed and offered us a full refund if we choose to go somewhere else.

Very nice room, clean and super comfortable. Hallway was very dark, reminded me of a scary movie. Construction was underway on the floor above. I work night and sleep days, could not sleep due to the noise. Wish i could have been told about the construction and to expect npise, i would have requested a different room.
