Lovely relaxing break

Lovely house , very quiet during week. Really good pool just outside back door . Sun traps at front in morning and rear and solarium in afternoon. Great value if 4/7 people. Long walk to beach but we were driving. Victoria bar/restaurant and La Gamba are just a 5/10 minutes walk. Great cocktails by Robert in La Gamba and lovely staff here especially the Brazillian girl. The owner was very helpful when we spoke. Will stay here again. Ray and Teresa

Loved it!

What a fab location... half way between Mil Palmeras beaches and the beaches at the harbour/tower. Loved that there were no steep hills anywhere. Really good local bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk if you don't fancy the 15 minute walk to those two hubs. The Indian hut is gorgeous, and the pueblo latino square was very nice in the evening for some good Italian food. The Pavillion bar has pool tables and shows the football which made my brother very happy. The Chinese and Greek restaurants in Mil Palmeras were really nice and they pack up your leftovers for takeaway. The Mexican near the harbour was fab. The huge Dialprix supermarket is a 5/7 minute walk down the road and is a top place to shop. Fresh meat and fish counter, loads of fresh fruit and veg all at reasonable prices. We went in March/April so had a couple of drizzly days but that's when we were grateful for the free Netflix provided for movies and the kitchen was ample to cook our Easter Sunday lunch in. A good home from home. Basic essentials are provided like loo roll, kitchen roll, washing liquid, milk and basic cupboard sauces (salt vinegar, oil etc). Despite it being too early in the season really, we all had a go in the pool - a very clean and bright and well maintained salt water pool. In fact there are two on the little community. The front patio catches the morning sun and the back patio leading to the pool is a little sun trap from about 11am onwards. Great house.

Fantastic stay

Everything was as Andrew & Kate described. Communication was excellent the whole way through. Very accommodating to check in times. Place is clean & a good location for all you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, 10' walk to fantastic beach.

Confortable house in quiet neighborhood. Check in/out easy and with a warm reception. The house is old and there are things that need some upgrade (e.g. the kitchen sink). The cleanness can also be improved.

Comfortable house, very well equipped and in an excellent location. I recommend you stay.

The host Andrew proved us with excellent communications and information both prior to our arrival and after we had departed and this level of customer service and thoughtfulness was reflected in the property itself. Andrew's local representative Grace met us and provided us with an overview of the property and a description of the local area. She also provided us with her phone number and told us not to hesitate to call her if we had any problems. Our first impression was how spotlessly clean the property was and how well it equipped it is, including a brand new hob and fridge freezer having been installed. There is good space both inside and outside the house including a very nice roof sun terrace . Just outside the back gate is one of the 2 swimming pools in the complex. The house location is excellent being within easy walking distance of numerous bar & restaurants, beaches and a good supermarket. So its 10 out of 10 for us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the house.

Excelentes vacaciones

La descripción de la casa es fiel a la realidad. Es una casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unas cómodas y tranquilas vacaciones. Andrew y Kate están pendientes de cualquier necesidad o petición, contestando rápidamente por correo. Margaret nos atendió muy amablemente tanto a la entrada como a la salida. Recomiendo la estancia en este alojamiento, y repetiremos en próximas vacaciones :)

Una estancia perfecta

Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en la vivienda, tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día además de complementos para la playa o juegos para los niños. El acceso directo a la piscina es un plus y la zona es muy tranquila. Tuvimos un pequeño percance con una puerta y Margaret lo soluciono enseguida, sin duda repetiremos.

Hallo, wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und unserer Enkeltochter ( knapp 3 Jahre ) für 3 Wochen da. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Auch die Poolanlage entspricht dem der Annonce. Der Whirlpool war aber nicht auffindbar. Die Sauberkeit der Küchenschränke könnte besser sein.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable . Dan y Grace nos recibieron muy bien y han sido muy atentos, igual que los propietarios, que se preocuparon en asesorarnos de todo antes de nuestra llegada. La urbanización muy tranquila y acogedora. Hay distancia hasta la playa pero se compensa con las piscinas y la comodidad de la casa. Volveríamos a alquilarla sin duda.

We were 3 adults and 2 kids. The whole organization of booking and contact were perfect. The house ist fantastic with the great pool. The little walk to the beach is no problem. A great stay!

Traumhafte typisch spanische Anlage in toller Umgebung

Wir sind jedes Jahr dort auf der Ecke in Pueblo Latino, immer in diesen typisch rustikalen spanischen Anlagen, die Flair ausstrahlen und wir uns sofort wohlfühlen, im Gegensatz zu den Neubauten, die drum herum entstehen. Dieses Jahr waren wir mit 5 Erwachsenen dort. Nicht weit lädt eine traumhaft ruhige Bucht ein, in der wir normalerweise jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück baden gehen, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad noch schneller, dass man sich um die Ecke am Campingplatz le Monte ausleihen kann. In der Jahreszeit Mitte/Ende September ist es normalerweise immer noch um die 30 Grad warm, mit vielen Sonnenstunden und recht leeren Stränden. An der Bucht waren wir meistens alleine. Dieses Jahr war leider zu Beginn für drei Tage eines der heftigsten Unwetter seit Wetteraufzeichnung, daher ist dort soviel passiert dass das leider nicht ging. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, die Anlage und der Pool sind gepflegt, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist extrem schnell und unkompliziert. In allen Belangen wird geholfen und mit der Betreuung vor Ort hat ebenfalls alles hervorragend geklappt, es gab ein tolles Willkommens-Paket für den ersten Abend. Wir können Vermieter und Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Es gibt jede Menge an Informationen über mögliche Ausflugsziele oder Hot-Spots zum "Bird-Watching". Uns fehlte es somit an nichts und wir sagen: "Gerne wieder!"

Schönes Haus

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht und die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab von Anfang an einen sehr netten Kontakt. Sehr gutes WLan. TV spanisch DVB-T, Smart TV, Bücher, DVD, Spiele in englisch. Küchenausstattung top. Schöne Terrasse. Die Gegend als solche ist jetzt nicht so toll. Das liegt daran dass es kein gewachsener Ort sondern eine Ansammlung von Ferienappartements ist. Der Strand ist aber schön und sauber und man kann Ausflüge nach Alicante oder Murcia machen.

Hello, the house is located in a beautiful area (nearby Mil Palmeras). We have really enjoyed our holidays in this beautiful accommodation. The pool nearby was THE highlight not only for junior and we spent as much time as possible there. Great, clean and neat. Beaches are very nearly, restaurants and shopping are also available. Communication to the owners is impeccable. Questions are answered friendly and very quickly. Reimbursement of the deposit was also done very quickly. great service! We would recommend this accommodation and would gladly come again. Thanks also to Grace and Dan for the very warm welcome. "We recommend using bicycles to explore the area. A trip through the Rio Seco is a very cool adventure, especially for a nine-year-old boy. Very exciting and like in another world. We made the ride on MTB, hiking is also possible. A bike rental was near the La Zenia Boulevard (shopping center) - "ilovebikeworld.com"" Again, Thanks a lot Silke, Marius and Frank (from Berlin)
