Pinehurst Cottage

We spent 4 nights at this property. It was beautiful!! The setting on the golf course cannot be beat...Great! The home was very clean and a bathroom for every bedroom is the best. The guys played three rounds of golf at three different Pinehurst courses and enjoyed them all. Mr Hanna was very helpful setting up all the tee times.All in all it is a great spot and looking forward to going back. Cathy, Steve and family

Pinhehurst Golf Trip

Great spot for our group to get to/from courses/downtown and the property is a great set up for golfers. The outdoor space is awesome to sit outside and watch golfers play 9th hole. Having the Pinehurst Clubhouse within walking distance is great. We will return next year.

Perfect house for a larger group. Excellent location near all Pinehurst and Southern Pines have to offer. Beautiful view of course from back patio. Sandra was excellent to work with. Will definitely be back.

Location, location, location

This house had a great location as we were volunteering at the USWO at Pine Needles. Check in was super easy as the info packet/keys were left inside the house. The bedrooms were spacious and the main living area was large enough to relax. We enjoyed hanging out on the back deck watching golfers go by. Although we didn't use the pool/tennis/restaurant they were conveniently located within walking distance.

Annual Golf Trip

Centrally located to all courses-relaxing spot can watch 9th hole sitting outside-perfect for 8 golfers. You can walk to Dining room at Pinehurst #9 and get breakfast/lunch/dinner. There is a propane grill on deck big enough to cook 8 steaks. Check in and any issues are immediatly addressed.

Wedding Bells

Family and friends gathered in Pinecrest for our daughter’s wedding from all over the country and coordinating accommodations for everyone was difficult at best. The Andrews Cottage property was , in a word, “fabulous!” Not only was this four bedroom-five bathroom home exquisitely furnished and decorated, but the kitchen and bathrooms were generously provided with unexpected, but greatly appreciated amenities. In addition, Kathy, one of the office staff, went far above and beyond customer service when asked for suggestions for our next visit. I mentioned we were there for a wedding and full length mirrors would be lovely for the dressing rooms. She went right out and bought us two mirrors! Who does that for a weekend stay? We will certainly return!

Pinehurst getaway

Property was perfect for our group of 8 ladies. It’s in a great location and very quiet. The air conditioner wasn’t working when we arrived and they had a technician come right away to fix. We golfed during the day and played games at night so dining room table was perfect. The kitchen is very small but we didn’t cook so didn’t matter. The house could use some updating and there were some cleaning issues but other than that we were very pleased.

Great House!!!

This property was great for our group. Large open area, inside and out, for 9 grown men to hang out and socialize. House was clean and check in was a breeze. House was great and location was even better. Would definitely rent this house again for my next trip to Pinehurst.

This was a wonderful place to unwind after a long weekend of golf. It really had my group wondering why we didn’t stay here our whole trip. The house was spacious and perfect for my group. There were four couples of us. All 60 plus who decided a 4 night get away in Pinehurst would be just what we needed. Stayed Dec. 29-Jan. 2. From the reservation process to check out, everything was perfect. Great property, lots of room, huge bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each and private bath. Big living room and dining room. Very comfortable. Small kitchen, but not much cooking usually happens here I'm sure. We cooked in every day/night so preparing a meal for 8 was somewhat a challenge, but we made do. Excellent property, excellent location, excellent property managers. Enjoy! We did.

Great house

House is designed to allow everyone private access to their rooms if needed. Situated beautifully on Pinehurst #9 and everyone has their own quarters which is a major bonus. Staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We played some phone tag but they were great to work with. Only issue was AC upstairs was not working and they said they had just had it serviced, but they were out there the next morning and made sure to let us know they were addressing the issue. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to do a trip to Pinehurst.

Perfect location

Our stay was truly lovely. The property is exactly as described and the setting cannot be beat. Even in the heat of July/August we were able to have morning coffee and evening dessert on the patio! Tim is a very dedicated manager of the property and was always there whenever we needed him!!!

We recently stayed 6 nights at this property and would strongly recommend. 8 women golfers felt that the house was well equiped, spacious and centrally located. Kim and others were very responsive to any inquiries & requests. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were very similar in size, so need need to draw lots on 'better room'. We would stay here again!

Perfect Pinehurst Location, Spacious home and Beautiful View

We had the best family Thanksgiving trip and enjoyed our stay at this home on the green. The open floorplan in the living room and dining room was perfect for entertaining with the large windows, beautiful views and outdoor deck at the 9th hole. The layout with 4 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and TV also allowed for privacy. The realtors were very kind and responsive. They even made special arrangements for cable access to Tiger vs Phil match. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.
