The “coffee” service was an insult. Instant coffee and bulk “fixings”.?! I’m not sure if you could tell guests that you will only do the bare minimum any clearer… Staff was very nice and room was super clean

No breakfast hard beds and overpriced rooms.Its cool if you just come to abandon your kids at the pool and get away from your 8 million dogs at home you dont pay for but its not for normal people

The only negative thing I have to say about this nice little hotel is that the toilets are way too small and low. My poor old knees had a hard time raising my body from that close to the floor, and don’t get me started with the lack of distance between the water level and my butt.

The room was clean & bed was comfortable including the pillows. I liked the dark curtains so I didn't wake up when the sun came out like other Hotels. Only complaint I would have was the mattress slipping off the base as I moved while I slept.

The room was clean. The lobby and hallways are very dark. Not much decoration. The bed was hard and the springs made sounds when you moved. I talked to the employee at the lobby on the way out and they said they are slowly replacing the beds.

The room was clean and updated, however it is an old building so it does have an old building smell. I’d recommend bigger bath mats or floor towels the tile in the bathroom is really slippery when getting out of the shower. And shower is higher than floor so it’s easy to misstep when getting out.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Pet friendly and the fees were reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say was not good was the pool area. The pool was too cold and the hot tub too hot.

Looks like a converted nursing home. Furniture is old and odd. Seems geared to extended stays. No night stands. No clothes hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. The "bars" of soap were toy-like. I did not know they made them this tiny! There was no bath mat for when one gets out of the shower. Our rooms was a handicapped room. The bath curtain was not designed for a walk in tub so the floor got wet every time. Staff was o.k.
