The property is completely fenced and open to the south. The house is on the ground floor and has an exit from the living room and bedroom to a large garden with pool with panoramic sea views. The garden by the pool invites you to relax. In the basement there is a garage for two cars and a larger storage room for bicycles or a small boat, an internal staircase leads directly to the ground floor. In the northern part of the property there is a large summer kitchen with barbecue and a terrace for socialising.
